Poor service and customer service. missed days, then charges if you want them to come actually pick up what they didn’t pick up on the scheduled day

Week 4 of my trash not getting picked up. I call every day and they just tell me someone we will get it tomorrow. And that’s how it’s been for 4 weeks. This is ridiculous, hire more people if the ones you have don’t want to work!

It's been several weeks since trash has been picked up. What's the point of paying for this service. Taking our money, but not our trash or anyone else's. Maybe we should drive over to the facility and throw our trash over the fence!
