Ever since the old manager left this place has been going steadily downhill. The assistant manager that used to work there really held this place up. I for one gave up on this store. The managers there now are the worst. One is cranky all the time and the other is just plain annoying. I can't wait until this store finally closes down for good!! I believe his name was Nate or Nathan or something like that... you're all idiots for letting that guy leave!

This used to my favorite pharmacy as it's super close to me and love their services but today changed all of that! I stopped in today to pick up a few items, while waiting in line I watched one of their cashiers racially profile one of their customers. An older blonde lady with bangs and a braid was the cashier greeting customers as they walked in. POC male walks in past the cashier she says welcome but stares him down and continued to watched him glaringly until he walked to the back of the store. As a POC myself I've seen that look plenty of times when I walk into a store! Funny thing is she didn't give the same look to a non POC who walked in after him, hmmmm wonder why? I made sure I confronted her and told her I noticed what she did. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about but I could see the guilt in her face! No more putting up with this crap! We're calling you out now! If your a POC I'd avoid this store unless you like to be profiled. This was my last time shopping here, c'mon get it together!!!

My antibiotic prescription for a massive abscess in my mouth due to an infection molar was faxed over 4/18/23 by my dentist but never retrieved from the fax machine by rite aid pharmacy. I called and stopped by rite aid and was told nothing was received. Today, 4/19/23 I'm told by rite aid that the prescription was faxed over but not retrieved from fax machine until this morning when my doctor called to see what happened. My prescription for antibiotics was in a fax machine at a pharmacy where the sole purpose is to fill prescriptions. The abscess is blown to right half of my face and needless to say I didn't get any rest due to the pain overnight. Why? There were 3 people working in the pharmacy when I stopped by drive thru? I called to check as well and not 1 could take a look at the fax machine when I call or visited. This is an antibiotic for an infection in my mouth.. I'm totally totally disappointed with pharmacist who is in charge of the pharmacy and the daily functions.. Unreal.

Love staffs friendly manner. Andrea is always a great conversationalist about current events and concerns. All staff members are always helpful and polite. I love this location in the Lincoln Center.

Caring , did not treat you like just a number. Worked hard to get a transfer from Walgreens . Walgreen is terrible . I am transferring to Rite Aid

Use their pharmacy for my grandson's rx which had to be transferred from CVS. I do not know who's is at fault but it took almost a week to get it transfer and get his rx. Not good for a child who has an ear infection! Once they got it, it was fine and the personnel were friendly and courteous. I had to call CVS to check on the status multiple times that RiteAid states the fax never came over.

Rite Aid in Lincoln Center is always clean, the pharmacy is not too busy, and the store has many great items at reasonable prices.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy ever. On hold for 30 minutes being passed around to different people who obviously have no customer service skills or know what they are doing. As a first time customer I will not be refilling a prescription here again.

The store is very clean and well stocked. The lady cashier was very polite and professional. She was the only checker besides the other clerk servicing the ice cream counter. The line was backing up because the people in front of me had 8 bottles of liquor and she needed to get the prevention Caps off but it was hard for her. She even asked the other clerk doing the ice cream counter to help her and he had a line also. Finally she got it off all the while telling everyone we'll be with you and THANK YOU for your patience. When it was my turn she told me THANK YOU for your patience and asked me if I found everything I needed. She was very calm and cool as I looked behind me and the line was backing up. She still was Super nice and friendly and gave me her undivided attention and I started feeling calm as well because I felt bad for her because she was the only checker and her line was long but she continued on like a champion!!! Of ALL MY YEARS OF SHOPPING and working in the grocery store for 42 years I have NEVER SEEN ANYONE WITH SUCH PATIENCE AND CALMNESS AND A GREAT ATTITUDE like Her while people are complaining about the lines and I Told her to have a Great Day because she MADE MINES Great and She Smiled and said THANK YOU!!! As I'm walking away I see Her tell the other customers we'll be right with you and then tells the customer she is ringing up THANK YOU for your patience!!!

Every month when I pick up my prescription I go through the same thing. They send a message that it’s ready. Then go there it’s not ready. Then wait for 1 hour plus. Iv even tried calling before and they always say “ we haven’t had time to fill it yet. It drives me nuts. Safeway and s-mart were never like this. The only reason I have to go here because Safeway does not carry what I need and smart pharmacy closed. Otherwise I wouldn’t come here. They need to get a better system. I work in healthcare as well and know the staffing shortages but Jesus the service here is so slow and so bad.

I came here to get my Covid booster. I also come here to get my flu shot. The pharmacist is friendly, gentle, and professional. I like that there is a private room to administer the shots. I've also brought my elderly mother here for her shots. Plus you get a free cone after your flu shot!

They took forever to set up the Covid 19 vaccine. We were the only ones and had to wait over 30 min. They might be short staffed though.
