Went to the ER for a asthma attack, sent my pharmacy for a refill for albuterol. Was told to wait three days when I should of gotten it the day I had gotten out of the ER, then today comes and it's now day 4 and still no albuterol refill, I had also made a refill request for a qvar inhaler, I don't know why it's taking so long and I ran out a long time ago, it's been 4 week and I still haven't received any refills. And now it seems like the app and website is broken cause now all my past and current prescriptions, even the ones I requested a refill for are all gone.

On 12/18 I ordered the Ham Dinner for pick up Christmas Eve Morning. I was emailed an order confirmation. Three days later I received an email from Safeway with the following text: „“….Your order, number ….., has been canceled. Product out if stock. Have a wonderful day.“ Needless to say I did not have a wonderful day only having 2 days left to get a meal together for my family for Christmas Eve. When I called their customer service number I was told the deadline for ordering had passed. Safeway did not take any responsibility for not posting a deadline on their website nor for having me sent an order confirmation with number. Hopefully other people relying on getting their Christmas dinner from Safeway read their emails in time to make alternative arrangements. Lost a customer, Safeway.

Just save yourself the hassle and go to another pharmacy. Nobody is rude but I can never get my prescriptions on time even when they’re a monthly refill and I use the app. Every time I went to pick them up, there were always one or two that I had to come back for. I’m crippled and that’s not something I can just do.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the entire city. I won’t get into all the details but let’s just say that as of today I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Shady pharmacy, over charges, Good RX says one price and they charge 2x to 3x more, then make u wait forever to fix it. Should've been RIGHT the 1st time!!

I use to love this pharmacy! They were always on time with my medication I would always get a text when I was just about to run low. I have no idea what happened but it's just not the same anymore. My medication is always late and I'm having to go down there to get it filled because they do not answer their phone. I have called like 4-5 times in a row and will still not get an answer and when I drive down there they aren't even busy it's RIDICULOUS!

Believe the first review and this one too. They are truly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don't care about high priority medications getting to their customers. I needed antibiotics for my 5 year old and they said they would place it on urgent. It was 7p and the order for the meds was placed at 1p. I asked what the likeliness of them being ready before they closed, she said she'll put it on urgent and guess what... didn't get a call or notification that it was ready. Guess it wasn't important to them. So now I have to wait, when my child was suppose to start the antibiotics the day they were ordered. Cool. It was another rough night and my baby was miserable. What kind of care is this?? They don't give a damn. They just want that paycheck. No excuse like "covid vaccines take up a lot of our time" hell no, they should learn how to manage a routine properly because people RELY on getting their medication in a timely manner. They're terrible. I hate this Safeway and I hate their pharmacy. Also, can't forget to mention how INCREDIBLY RUDE they are. The LARGE FAT man that works their didn't even acknowledge me when I went to pick up my medication, which also wasn't ready like the text message said it was. I stood their for 5min without even a "I'll be right with you" acknowledgement. Rude as hell. They need to be fired and replaced. That entire store needs a good clean out of staff and employees because they all LEGIT SUCK! Worst customer service and worst pharmacy ever!

I wish I had read the reviews before starting with this Pharmacy.They never ever answer their phone. They never return calls. They get the prescription messed up.Even the store manager was no help and just made excuses for them, so I guess I need to find another Pharmacy.

I received both my vaccine shots at the Safeway Pharmacy on Country Club Dr in Stockton! The pharmacy staff there is very efficient and timely. They have a great private waiting room, like a doctor's office, adjacent to the pharmacy. The store it's self is very clean, organized. The shelves are all fully stocked, checker's are joyful, lots of options at Safeway and the bakery is really GOOD! The produce department is awesome, organized, filled to capacity. Looking forward to my next visit.

The most unreliable pharmacy I've ever used. Last night I received a text at , 5:16 pm to pickup a controlled medication for my husband. I rushed to the pharmacy and they were closed. I could see one of the employees behind the grated shade i said I received a text to pick up a prescription. She said, "we're closed." I asked, why did I get a text to pickup my prescription. She said we close at 5 pm. This has happened before many times. Apparently they aren't interested in making sure their clients get their very much needed medications. Tuesday I'm changing to a new pharmacy. This is the second time I enrolled with Safeway and I'm done. I'm adding to my review. The following day I went to pickup the much needed medication. Guess what??? They were closed. You'd think the girl I spoke to the night before would of said they'd be closed. I didnt see any signs to notify the customers. Oh but on a small note on the counter there was the sign. It read they would be closed, in observance of the 4th of July. Very poor trained employees. Next time put a sign so people can see. Today the recording says they open at 9 am. Hopefully they do something right. Frustrated to no end.
