Took a friend there since he doesn't drive.. the store has been there for years and years actually moved from next door where Big Lots used to be.. so I'm sure people know what to expect when they come to this store I've never had a problem there.. nice clean store..

Safeway is still one of my go tos even though prices are insane but 1 get ONE bogo is NOW buy 2 or more & get 1 free. This store although in high standing it can't hold a candle 🕯️ to Dixon,CA Safeway. The LAST great Safeway in the Bay Area if not Northern California.

Great selection of flowers ! Strawberries need to be checked on. I seen mold . Not a good selection. I bought some and they were very dehydrated and old . I went to food for less instead for my strawberries.

Safeway always has the best produce. They carry everything a household needs. Their pharmacy is always helpful even though very busy. I only get my prescriptions through Safeway.

Went in on a busy Saturday. While in line the person in front of me had problem with one of her iteams not ringing up for a cashier. He called the manager over to assist him. The person buying the stuff was being very rude to both of them . After the manger explain she would not be able to sell the iteam. The women was very nasty and left. I cant believe people think its ok to act/treat people a center way. It was not even her stuff, it was for a order. I want to applaud both the cashier and manager for being nothing but nice to that woman even though she was not. That's the reason I will continue to shop here. The employee are always willing to help you.

Last week I shopped at Safeway as usual. Then when I was exiting my cart locked and did a backwards push. I had been leaning close to the cart and got my abdomen pushed into. I have physical and trauma issues. When the cart pushed back and hit me, I felt physical pain and shock spread over me. When one of the clerks came over to assist because the alarms went off and my cart was locked, he told me the system had activated because the cameras above had detected my items weren't bagged. Meanwhile I felt assaulted by the cart. Also, it seems I was treated as a robber and attacked and punished just based on the fact I had chosen not to bag my items. Safeway had become a preferred store. But with all their anti robber measures they seem to be becoming anti shoppers as well.

I went to change my WIC. I was scanning items on my WIC app to make sure I'm getting the correct items when I see a male skinny worker following me in the aisles... Awkward. Also When I finished and was heading to pay there was only one lane open by the over the counter medication and she didn't want to do the WIC.. it was a older blonde lady that was being rude when I was asking her if she's the only line open. She sent me to self checkout? I went but it was weird because I had a lot of stuff for self checkout plus I am pregnant so I just felt the whole vibe was off and scanning all these groceries and making sure they are WIC approved and looking up the vegetables since they don't have a barcode was difficult. I don't work here to be doing all this. Do better Safeway.

Had a great experience shopping at this location. Made a stop here from being on the road. I was helped by a woman found an iteam that I wanted. She was able to find it quick and was very nice. I believe she said her name was Gena. Would stop at this location again if I was heading this way again.
