This place is ridiculous...the people who work here at the check in counter are nice, but the case workers are rude, they lie to you, and if you say something they don't want to hear or you know to much they have it out for you... literally!!! Most of them forgot that they used to be clients here themselves...

There picture is not the right picture lol.... they do attend pretty fast and help all the way they have gotten so much better getting things done on there website honestly is so much faster Nd better free gated parking for 1hour free only after that they charge not much its fair lots of phone companies out the door ready to sign. You up close to Dmv Mc Donald's church police station

Anyone that answers the phone has a horrible attitude. Case workers won’t even answer the phone. They have a bad record of things as some will transfer your call over to your you’re assigned worker but the case worker themselves will deny you being assigned to them.

Was a decent experience. Had to check my mailbox and turn in a late saw7. Was no line at the mail window, and only one person ahead of me say the document scanner. Good, quick visit.

Horrible!! They barely help anyone, they are discriminatory, a lot of the workers barely do their job. They're part of the reason Stockton has such a huge problem with the low income community. They refuse to help people unless you're living on the streets. They have no intervention programs and the programs that you qualify for they'll tell you that you don't and send you on a wild goose chase and ping pong you between staff who don't live in the real world. They simply don't care.

What's up! My experience is sparkling, the employees are friendly and attentive, but there's a lack of service skill that might need improvement. Like the pop up surprises, is a poor impact to the service provided to a client, it can delay the emergency needs of a citizen ?. But besides that everything is formal, especially the friendly and respectful communications that the employees provide is genuinely high class. Thankfully Brenda Lopez Dominguez.

This was my first time here. It was a bit crowded and appointments are crazy backed up but I was in and out in less than an hour. The employees are super friendly and helpful and they talk to you with respect and decency. So much nicer & humane than Modesto office These employees seem to actually care.
