My visit was great, I started packing my basket with 13 boxes of candy, great customer service, the young man went in the back and brought me box already packed. All the staff was great, very kind.

Always pleasant to shop for candy for gifts or just for me! Always beautifully wrapped. Candy is tops! Love to pop in here when it's off holiday time just to taste new chocolates!

The customer service there was great while the candy is always so very enjoyable. I receive a veteran/military discount at this location and the employees there are very generous with the samples they provide. ♥️?

Friendly staff offered me a free sample as soon as I approached the counter. Full inventory of candy selection for customized orders and conveniently located at shopping plaza for one stop convenience.

Nice clean small shop. Many prepackaged chocolates and chews. There is a counter for packing up individual items by flavor. The selection is large but deceiving. The chocolate you see may not be in stock. I stopped by to pick up some chocolates on Valentine's day and it was busy. I would advise if you are shopping for a holiday gift, pick it up before the holiday for best selection. I wish they had signage informing customers which items were low or out of stock. I waited in a line with my choice already in mind only to find out it was not available. I felt rushed to choose another due to the growing line of customers. The chocolates are very good and run around 32 dollars a pound. The have diabetic choices for sale as well. If not for the lack of information regarding choices I would have given them 5 stars.

Saturday, 03.12.2022 My mon, sister, nephew and I visited See's to too off my birthday celebration. Huge store, biggest one I've ever been in. Good layout, lots of space, well stocked and the best, most courteous staff members. Customer service goes a long way, these ladies were the best. They brought samples two us: fudge, vanilla fudge and peanut chocolate candy (like a Heath bar but with peanuts). We each got our desired sweets: I opted for two orange milk chocolate butter creams and two butterscotch squares. The store was consistent with other stores except it was double the size in space. Again top quality customer service! Thank you!!!!

UPDATE: Received a private message and the direct number to call the concerned, but very gracious, Territory Manager, who has worked for See's for decades. That combination of factors speaks so well for the company.After speaking with her I'm raising this review from 1-star to 4-stars.After I was over the anger I was feeling at the employees for how poorly their behavior reflected on a company that so CONSISTENTLY delivers "The See's Experience" each time you walk in the door (it's amazing to me that See's, as a large organization, are able to get all employees to adhere so strictly to their model that it feels SEAMLESS); it wasn't until the model was flagrantly NOT followed that I realized how CONSISTENT they are!I wasn't looking for heads to roll, not in the least. However, I DO hope it was a learning moment for "newer-to-the-workforce" employees, that EVERY moment a customer is in the store, the employees are part of the "See's Experience."-----------------12/8/21: Just spent $130 in there, and other than one, more mature, kind lady, the rest of the “help“ needs some serious customer service training.The problem is the store was seriously overstaffed, and the 18–20 year olds, together, were still at an age where they are perhaps still needing to be “cool“ in front of each other. The end result is they were laser focused on each other, versus doing anything helpful to create a positive, welcoming environment for your customers.The guy “in charge“ who might be 22, or 24, unfortunately hasn’t risen above the rest, because he let this happen. So, sadly, he tries to display his “leadership abilities,” by carrying himself with his chest stuck out and answering the customers questions with the ever so slight air of friendly — yet loud, so that all the team can hear his command of the customer — condescension.AND, of course, this attitude carries throughout the entire team, such that when ANY store rep (with the exception of the kind, more mature, obviously new lady) is asked a question, the responses were given with an implied “stupid“ at the end of the answer.You need to send some secret shoppers in to observe your night crew, and address this horrible situation, ASAP. It is one of my great joys to buy sees candy for people I love at each holiday. This Was singularly the worst experience I’ve ever had in any Sees store. Period

December 27, 2021: We came here around 4:30pm. There were two very kind, attentive and helpful sales associates who greeted us promptly and offered guidance and free samples. Both employees were patient and professional. I bought a 1-pound custom box of chocolates and a box of pecan rolls. A sales associate offered to cut the pecan rolls into bite-sizes, and I accepted happily. One of the ladies heard my relative say she had never tried a pecan roll, so she gave her a sample. The employee gave me a sample as well. I paid for the custom box with a gift certificate from 2014. See's gift certificates don't have an expiration date! Fresh candies, nice employees. The shareholders of Berkshire Hathaway would be very pleased. Please consider opening stores on the East Coast.

I stopped in to buy a Father's Day treat for my dad. The store was large and spacious and neatly arranged. There were two lines at the counter so that staff could serve customers more efficiently. I was given I think six free samples at check-out. Score! Overall, great customer service!
