Sephora is generally a good retailer with an excellent selection of products. Unfortunately, they have a major issue with gift card scams (Google it). This happened to me with a gift card given to a relative who went to use it and found zero balance. They will neither secure their gift cards nor make it right when their customers are scammed. Hard to recommend such a business.

Rush to this store after work today because it's the only place with limited stock of an item my daughter wanted for Christmas. Arrived at 6:30pm and the very rude lady at the door stated they are closing early because they have too many clients? I'm so upset that legit makes no sense. So was real stank and snobby about it. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves closing early while most places of business stay open later during the holiday season. I won't ever come to the location again!

I love this store and location, however, some staff members are rude especially the older Hispanic lady at the register. I've had negative experiences with her. From rude eye glances, to questioning my returns. Terrible customer service.

I went last Saturday into the store because I had time to kill. Right away an employee approached me and offered a basket. I told her that I was just looking. I walked a few steps and another one asked me if she could help me find something. I said no that I was just looking. A few steps and another one popped out. At the end at least five of them popped out. It was not even possible to look with all the harassment. I’m not going back. It is bad enough for them to have men try to sell women’s products but the harassment is completely unacceptable.

I had the best experience at this Sephora!! All of the girls were so nice and helpful. Gina color matched me and helped me find what I was looking for. Susana helped me with lipstick. I had been shopping with a different store in the past, but Sephora has definitely won me over!!

Nope! I have been here twice. The first time when it first opened and again last week. The first time was great, but this last time solidified my decision to never return. This is why I prefer to order everything online. They are unprofessional and rude. No one greeted me upon arrival or even acknowledged me. I was walking back and forth around the store, looking for a certain product and not one person asked if I needed help. The lady saw me!!! One nice older lady walked up to me, brought me a basket, and we talked for a min. She probably thought I was stealing lol. At check out, the cashier was rude! She was kind of nice at first, but Just before she gave me the receipt, her mood changed. Like wth? I grabbed my receipt and walked away. As I was walking out, two women that worked there were chatting by the door, they didn't say, "have a nice day" or anything. I said, "excuse me" as I tried to walk around them (they were blocking my path) and one lady was like, "oh, sorry" and moved. Horrible experience!!

Terrible service the several times I've come to this Stockton Sephora store. Employees are lazy and unhelpful. I was waiting for about 10 mins in the designated online order pickup area for someone to tell me to get in the main line. The line was long took another 10-15 mins. If I'm ordering online shouldnt I be able to pick up my order without the long lines? What's the point of line ordering then. I will just get my orders shipped to my house from now on or go to ULTA. I'm tired of having such poor quality service the last several times I've been there.

Had a great experience my first time shopping at this location. My sister and I got matched by Anisha. She did an excellent job immediately greeted us and informed us of specials. Asked if we needed help. Was very patient. Also Valerie was very helpful in finding a concealer and matched me we tried a couple different brands and a few different colors. I will be going back to this shop from now on.

Great customer service. The employees were really great helping me find alternatives to what I usually get. This store is small, so not a great selection as far as Sephoras go, but again, the staff helped me find alternatives.

Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment to get my make up done in store for my maternity photos over. Month in advance. I took off work early and drove 30 mins to the location and when I got there they said we don't have a make up consultant on Mondays and there was nothing they could do for me. I was obviously very upset and asked why the system allowed me to schedule an appointment if they didn't offer this service on Mondays or why no one called me to let me know I could not get this service. They simply said they would contact corporate about the issue and told me to leave.

Clean store but there's one employee that never looks happy the one with the tattoo on her arm. Just does not look friendly at all and not approachable everybody else is very nice stores nice sometimes they don't have the items in stock. But they do have very nice merchandise there's better stores in town

Absolutely the rudest and worst customer service. I've never been treated so badly in a sephora. Thankfully none of their other locations are like this. I'm not sure if they treat all their customers the same or if it was because I'm clearly not white. As a Rouge member I will never shop this location again. Too bad you can't give negative star reviews or 0 at least.

i went yesterday and the employee on the floor were so rude. i’m not going to say who bcs it doesn’t matter but i jus felt so uncomfortable shopping at this sephora, it was a mess and jus crowded, i was walking and an associate looked at me waiting to see if i had a question so i told her if she can walkie someone to help me since she was with another guest and then proceeded to tell me “can u be patient.. “ but in a attitude way, im not even exaggerating she literally said it in a rude way, and i apologize which i didn’t need to.

WOOOOORST EXPERIENCE EVER TWICE FROM JESSICA SHE DOES NOT MEET THE JOB DESCRIPTION I CAME IN 15 MIN BEFORE CLOSING KNOWING WHAT I WANTED SHE MUST'VE HAD A HOT DATE IDK SHE REMINDED ME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THAT THEY ARE CLOSING SOON I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE I THEN ASKED IF THEY HAVE MY COLOR SHE LOOKED QUICKLY SAID NO I SAW AN ASSOCIATE LOOKING IN THE DRAWER SO I DID THE SAME TO FIND MY COLOR THERE WAS PLENTY! ASKED HER OPINION WHAT CONCEALER SHOULD I GET SHE TOLD ME " I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THAT" AS THERE WERE OTHER ASSOCIATES HELPING PEOPLE MY COWORKER CAME IN A DIFFERENT DAY AND SHE DID THE SAME THING JESSICA PLEASE FIND A JOB YOU LIKE.

Always greeted upon entering, and the staff is very helpful. They helped with color matching for foundation and was able to get samples. I believe 3 samples is max and only available for those that can pump or squeeze.
