Funny how their restroom is always out of order after 10pm. They seem to work fine in the day time. They even have someone sitting there blocking the way to the restroom. Guy had the nerve to say go to Denny’s to use their restroom. I shouldn’t have to go across the street to relieve myself when I’m getting gas at your gas station. Absolutely terrible

It’s never going to change. It appears that this has been going on for years. Chevron is no different than shell. That’s located across the street. But they do let some people buy beer and cigarettes with EBT. Also they buy a lot of their beer at Costco. Loading it out of there vehicle. There are about to find out soon. There’s a few more things that are coming.

Referred me to Dennys to use the bathroom cause they didn't want me to use the bathroom despite the sign saying clean restrooms for patrons.

I love the frazil icy, and I commute from Oakland to Stockton so I've gotten them from many different locations, this location on Waterloo is by far THEE most expensive! And it's watered down to boot. Last night I got two large. $12. Which is ridiculous. I will go to any other shell and pay half their price

My buick wouldn't start after filing up here. Figured out it was the alternator. Asked the night attendant if it would be ok to park it here overnight as i would tow to my mechanic the following day . Night attendant gave me the ok to park it overnight . went the next day and the car was gone. Went inside to ask the clerk where my car was his answer was , "two black guys stole it." Extremely racist not to mention it was a lie. the car wouldn't even start . So impossible that two "black guys " or anyone could steal it. Checked every tow yard in town the car wasn't towed anywhere either. Asked clerk to see the camera footage, his answer was the camera doesn't work . So what i think happened was the owners have family members who have a tow truck, they picked up the car and are chopping it for parts. Just beware these people are thieves and very crooked. Any way word to the wise, if you've read this and you are wronged by these garbage pails you cannot say you have not been informed. My pop used to tell me, that if you run around screwing people over who didn't have it coming, that sooner or later be it a day, a year, or ten years, that karma will even everything out in the long run. God doesn't like ugly, so i leave it in his hands . He is the judge , the jury and the executioner. If you took the time to read this thank you , pass it along to friends and family so they will be spared any grief that these undesirables might cause them as well.

Store experience ok but they didn't open the restroom cuz they didn't wanted to get tgem dirty. That's what the front desk person said.

Rudest service I have ever received and any gas stations all I asked was to put in my rewards ID number and the attendance was so good took my card out told me to go somewhere to get gas clearly you need to learn how to treat people with respect and Lil and I treat them like there’s some kind of problem will never ever go to sketchy Ever again gas is based off that I work in customer service every day and I deal with people even when they’re rude and I’ve never ever in my family services like that for nothing literally nothing all I did was asked to put in my rewards number and I was told that I was being rude and I didn’t wanna put my card in because you did it to me before what I told him and he said always comes after which was a lie and all I did was ask you to start over and I was told that I was being rude and he took my card out and threw it at me and told me to go somewhere else so rude of service ever I will never ever get gas

Every time I try to come here at night, there is never anyone available. It could be 9pm, could be midnight, could be 2am. No matter what they always have a sign that says back in 5 min or cleaning for an hour. They’re literally the only store in the immediate area open and I have no idea how they stay in business when this is a nightly problem
