I made a $25 purchase and asked the worker if it was okay if I waited inside for my Lyft/Uber to pick me up and he said I had to wait outside. Before my Lyft arrived I walked back in to let him know it was very rude of him to make me wait outside for my ride considering I was polite enough to ask him if it was okay. I let him know the only reason I wanted to wait inside was because it was dark and as a 23 year old woman it’s not safe to just linger outside the gas station for my ride, especially with my bags of things I just bought. I let him know it shows how much he doesn’t care about his customer’s safety and there are many other stores I could have gone to and I will never be coming back again. He tried to stop me as I walked out calmly, probably to reconcile the situation, but I kept walking because at that point there was no way he could fix it. He already showed me what type of person he is and I just wanted to let him know how he was wrong for making me wait outside. What is sad is that this happened because he was passing his own racial judgments/stereotypes onto me and once I spoke to him he realized he was mistaken.

The lady that has an early shift(around 9:30) was mad rude and disrespectful. She made fun of my English and said “ I didn’t know if speak English or not!” In such a rude ass manner!
She deserves to be fired for her racist ass comments as if she isn’t Hispanic as WELL!

Car wash. Very poor quality. They don't stand behind. Paid for top wash. Left spots on windows so bad I had to rewash. They would not re do.

Walked in to asked if they could turn on the air outside for me and ride worker with weird mark on his forehead started getting loud and repeated "pleaseee, please, pleaseee. Why don't you say pleasseee" as I look at him confused because I'm sure I said please and thank you lol but I go outside and wait over 5 minutes and the air is still not on and I'm here in the heat with a low flat tire. Instead of going in and wasting more time with this sorry excuse for a life, I just decided to go down the street to another gas station to fix my problem. Overall. I believe he heard me in the first place but just decided he wanted to hear me beg to him for help. Only bad people make others dance for what they want.

Don't buy a car wash service from here... they stolen my money and no refund. The manager not helping me and she is not have a good behavior. She don't do a good job here and she told me you lost your money.

Went here to fill up and bought a car wash. Get the the car wash and it doesn't work. It never reset from the car in front of me. Call the number on the top of my receipt and no response. Get out of the wash and go in to tell the man behind the counter. He says to meet him back around. There was a truck there waiting, I think they saw that the wash was messed up. They could've tried their code if they wanted but didn't. So the guy comes out, tells me to roll my window down and I do and he says "next time you call from the wash the number is there if it doesn't won't you don't leave I won't reset it again." I'm like excuse me... he says "you make people wait by leaving to come in I will lose customers"... But sir your car wash didn't reset and I tried to call. He said I lied. I was like do you want to see my phone you didn't answer and I paid $12 for this stupid car wash. I told him I wanted my money back and he said either get in the car wash and he will reset it or I can leave... I took the wash because hello, $12. i wasn't about to fight over getting a refund and I for sure wasn't gonna let him keep my funky $12 for nothing in return. If his car wash was in good working order We wouldn't have had this problem to begin with. Maybe fix the issue so people aren't sitting waiting for the wash to reset for the next car. Won't be returning to that store anytime soon. Called back an hour after leaving and still no answer I just wanted to see if they did answer. No point in complaining to the store because I believe he may have been the wonder and if he's still there I'm sure he'd deny it. To the couple in the truck behind me, thank you for waiting. I couldn't tell if you were mad or you weren't sure what was going on but I appreciate you letting me back in front of you to get my wash.

Worker at the register overcharged for a d*** reason about the icee's and scanned the snicker bar so many times. Shouldn't go to this gas station. Its a old man, with glasses n looked Indian that charged. Were paying for his paycheck and this old mother fucker had the audacity to charge us like tf.

I don't visit this location much. Was a last minute detour from my normal location of getting gas. I did not need to go inside as I paid at the pump. Outside location seemed clean and the pump was in working condition. It is a tight fit area for cars to get in and out and on a one way Main Street entrance. But all in all I was able to complete what I needed to, by filling up my tank.

I am very disappointed and will not return. If I am filling up my tank here and giving them business, I would appreciate an available bathroom. I know we're in Stockton and maybe that's why, but that's irrelevant when I need to use the restroom and I am filling up my tank giving them business. I will definitely go anywhere else but here again. Treat your customers how you want to be treated and you'll get return business!!

My son and i went into shell on w hammer lane this morning to get a drink and a few muffins before taking my son to school. When paying for the items i handed my son a $20.00 bill. I went to start the car and my son comes out with $1.34 in change out of the 20 i gave him. I asked where the rest of my change was he said this is what he got back. So i told my son to go back into the store and tell the young man working he made a mistake. The man told him i gave him a 10 not 20 and there was nothing he could do. So i went inside and told him i know what i gave him cause i just got the money from the atm which only gives out 20s and i had no 10s in my wallet. Ill be reporting the store employee for what he did to me. Please make sure this dont happen to any of you who goes there
