I had a negative experience recently. I'm disabled and use a cane. I can only walk very short distances. There was only one employee in the store. I explained to the young lady that I would need assistance. I told her I was looking a heavy duty slipper and/or mule style shoe. I told her that I needed to sit down. She directed me to the left back of the store. She never offered to help me find the shoes I was looking to buy. I found the style of mule I was looking for only because it was located directly beside the bench I was sitting on. I asked her if the shoe size came in wide. She said no, none of their shoes were wide. She told me the three rows of shoes directly behind me were the type of shoe I was looking for. I couldn't stand the pain in my back and knees when I attempted to look and go down the first isle. I immediately seen a sign that read "Wide" in that section of shoes. Contrary to what she previously told me, there were various styles of wide shoes. I wanted to purchase a second pair and get the 50% discount. Unfortunately, I wasn't physically able to look around. I went to the checkout to pay. She didn't tell me about the 10% discount if you sign up with Sketchers, I noticed the sign at the register. She was in the process of ringing me up when I asked if they offered a Senior Discount. They did, I saved $6.50 I told her Sketchers WAS NOT handicapped/disabled friendly. They need friendly helpful employees!

I think we found our go to shoe store. Sales were awesome. However, customer service could have been more tentative. We waited at the counter longer than we should have since there were 2 people working on the floor and we were the only 2 customers in the store at 10am. If it weren't for us needing shoes and the sale that was being held, we might have left.

The girls that work here are so incredibly rude. We came in to buy our grandmother some shoes and brought our toddler. Our toddler saw some half deflated old balloons attached to some of the shoe racks and tugged on the balloons and they came off from the racks they were tied too. My husband was holding my daughter when one of the employees with a very bad tone asked him "Where did she get those balloons?!" My husband looked around the whole store is filled with the half deflated balloons and pointed to one of end racks and explained how our toddler had pulled on it and it came loose. The employee became so upset, my husband gave her back the balloons and even offered to pay for them. The girl then proceeded to give us dirty looks like we were criminals and at that point my husband left while I PAID for our our grandmothers shoes which were paid at top price. If makes me sad we were treated like this over some half deflated balloon displays....balloons that most likely would have or did get thrown away.

The service was great just didn't have what I needed guess they discontinued the shoes I've been looking for for weeks now only to find out they've probably do not make them anymore who knows not sure
