Adriana!! Thanks so much for your welcoming attitude & your attention to detail. I called twice before I came & Adriana was so personable & knowledgeable that I shifted my schedule just to come in today just to get her service in person. I am so impressed and so grateful! The environment here is so clean & I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks so much & I am happy to know that I have found my new place for laundry.

Every time I go there I have issues with other customers and their rudeness and there parking sucks. Plus the restaurant next to it has customers that just park anywhere making it harder for wash house customers to get their laundry done. Not a safe place to be

Very Clean! Friendly staff who is always available. Debit card AND Coin operated washers and dryers. TV and WiFi available. Restrooms are clean, the machines are clean and maintained. Very happy customer here!

We have been coming here for a couple of years and for the guest there was a password posted. Today while doing our laundry I notice that there was wifi and no password posted. When askinf the attendant he stated he did not know the password and acted like we interrupted him. This is while he has a dryer tied up this completed. What happen to the guest wifi.

My wife and I come here all the time as we just live up two blocks, but tonight changed everything. I asked the employee for the Wi-Fi password. He said they don't give it out to the homeless. Also I had to ask this guy twice because he doesn't speak up.
By my looks, he can judge me and label me homeless? I'm a local business owner whom is well known and respected.
How about compassion and humility training for this employee?
I'm going down the road where the other laundry mat opened. We won't be frequenting your establishment anymore.

I been using this laundromat for 4 years and have never left a review until today. This morning the debit card readers were not working. I was approached by the female worker to tell me that the debit card is not working but I can get you cash for a $2.00 fee. I asked her if she could waive the fee since it was not my fault the debit card readers are not working. She said no. I asked her to charge my card $10.00 cash so I can get coins to start my laundry load. I get my $10.00 and she asks me if I want my receipt, and I say yes, only to find out that she charged me for $20.00 and with a $4.00 surcharge. She then gives me attitude about her mistake and tells me to stop complaining when it was a $4.00 inconvenience. It took me everything not to snap on this female who is working at probably minimum wage, as if $4.00 is not important (especially around xmas). Yes it is only $4.00 honey, but were you trying to pocket the extra $10.00 if I didn't ask for my receipt? Then I receive attitude? Eff that chick!

DO NOT go here. I am here tonight with my 5 year old daughter and I asked the employee who says her name is Marciela for change for a 20 because I dident need 20 dollars in quarters. She was very rude and said we don’t give change. I said are you sure because I just got change in Sunday and she said yeah really. I proceeded to talk to my 5 year old and she backs up and says excuse me, what did you say and started cursing. I said don’t curse in front of my daughter. She went off the handle and started threatening me. I got my phone from my 5 year old to record her and she went crazy. Saying she is going to break my phone. She then proceeded to walk around me and grabbed my phone. I am waiting on the police now.
