I came in with an excellent attitude just tryna pay a bill real quick was met by Zachary who seemed like he absolutely hated his life and job. He gave me hella attitude out of nowhere like I had just killed his goldfish 0/10 don't recommend go to hammer if you need to speak to someone.

Be a ware from This location of T-Mobile. They are renting a spot At Hammer Lane Costco . Scam, the person who was working, opened 2 new lines Under my name without my authorization. Talked to Costco, and they said Sorry, but we have no control over third-party Spoke to them, and they told me the same thing no control over retailers. All they could do cancel both lines . Spoke to Zak, no help. Nothing but a scam .

Currently at the Sherwood Mall T- Mobile Store. My one word doe this store is WOW! How bad can customer service get? Come here and see why the store has a 2.5 Rating. This was one of the worse moves Sprint made for their customers. To pick up a phone I already ordered and paid for requires waiting behind 4 people buying phones and going through contracts. Can someone tell me why they could not hand me my phone. If it was delivered to my home I would have it now with no wait. It is a store of incompetent cretins. When did American Customer service dumb down to the level of a killdeer? Look it up. If you are going to walk around and check people in, ask why they're there then go in the back, get a phone that's paid for and give it to the customer. When one walks into a store and sees a line of people they walk out. If I had not of already paid I would walk out of this store. Do yourself a favor and try another store. Maybe all of the imbeciles are just in this one. I thought I was done but the longer I sit here I see the asinine way this place is ran. They tell you what number you are when you walk in, then they yell, Next! What the @? How much more can you say when the DMV is more efficient than the Sherwood Mall location. Well, finally after an hour 2 more staff came in. I was finally assisted. The last worker was efficient but I will never ever again go into this store. Can we say order on line and home delivery?

I really, really hate using this company. I am a disabled senior and I have been paying monthly for 4 phones and a tablet for months. When one phone had only one payment due on it I then get charged a additional 31.50 to own a broken phone. Three phones are broken so I am only using the 1 phone. They tell me so sorry but you have to pay the final payment or get a upgrade on the phone. It's broken so how do I do that I ask. Well I'm paying over 100.00 per month on this account. This company sucks.

Wait times were beyond terrible. No where to sit.. standing 40+ minutes before getting to the customer service area. There were customers who were there at the service tables who apparently had been there so long they were eating panda express food while being helped by customer service and this was fine with the employees. I ended up leaving without being helped.

Always outstanding and personal service. Very pleasant and professional staff. Got new phone and they called and switched carrier, did Data Transfer, put Screen Protector on the phone. Easy peasy!

I am an older woman with no tech to low tech skills. My I phone was stolen this past Sunday. My heart was broken. Not so much that my phone was actually stolen but that I might have lost all the pictures of my beloved dogs. I went to my local T-Mobile store and a wonderful young man, Jose, stepped forward to assist me. He helped file the claim for me which was no small task as I could not remember any of my passwords. He graciously offered to call customer care and get everything reset for me and complete the filing of the claim. He also reassured me that all of my photos were probably on the cloud and not to worry. My phone arrived the next day, but I waited until the following day to return to the store to get everything set up because I wanted Jose to continue to assist me. Jose was so very kind to me and was polite, professional and caring throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better experience. Kudos to Jose! Many thanks young man.Cherie Hudson

If I could give zero stars I would. After getting nowhere using customer service chat and calls I went in this location . I explained the situation and 4 different people all agreed with very wrong information and just made everything more frustrating. They were absolutely unhelpful and not knowledgeable about how things actually work and the attitudes were terrible. If you do not know then call someone who does. No account needed to be pivoted from Sprint to T-Mobile all they had to do was port my number to my new account and switch the SIM card just like I said to begin with but kept telling me I was wrong. I later went to the Trinity parkway location where Viviana resolved the matter without an issue! Please go to the Trinity parkway location with all of your future needs. They are knowledgeable and will actually fix the issue and you will leave happy?

I worked with Yaritza, Carlita and Terrence all in one visit and they were all great. They were pleasant, down to earth, easy to talk to, and very competent. They all worked together and relied on each other's strengths to answer my questions and get my new phone to operate like my previous one. I'll be returning to this location for all of my T mobile needs.

Above and beyond expectation was my experience at T-Mobile on Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA. Nicole and Corey teamed-up to deliver my purchase(s) in a timely yet professional manner. Walking an extra mile did Corey make known it all was Nicole’s handy-work. Manager was focused on closing out the day which demonstrated integrity and devotion. Working with me long past closing hour...I am returning to this location again. Thanks T- Mobile!
