Went to this location on the 24th, they had a young man filling in from another store named Bryan. This guy was awesome from the minute we walked in. He was able to find my wife an Apple Watch at a good price. He was a pleasure to talk to, and his customer service was top notch.Aaron had to finish the sale because it was time for Bryan to go home for the day. Aaron was outstanding, He knew how to pick up right where Bryan left off. Aaron also taught us how to get the watch all set up very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this location

Staff is great Maria that works there got me singed up and got me a phone. I was bummed to learn she doesn't work there anymore. Seriously best customer service I ever had. I felt bad cause she offered me lots of accessories to buy when I got my phone but I didn't have the money at the time I went to buy those accessories and was told she no longer works there so I decided to buy accessories on Amazon cause that lady was rude.

Finally received Family business benefits on T-mobile Tuesday for 3 instead of only one person. Since we have a hand full of family on plan and mostly all work and unable to pick up.

This place is the worst store ever. All of the employees need to be fired. They are abusive. They lie. The phone I got there works like crap. They do no good. The whole store needs to shut down asap.

Had to upgrade my phone so I checked out this location. I was greeted right away and was helped within a few minutes. My salesperson, Rebecca, was very helpful and informative. She showed me all my options for phone deals and plans. I liked how she wrote down the figures on paper and explained my options. I bought 3 phones and a tablet on this visit. One thing I noticed while waiting to activate my phone lines was the long wait time for other customers. Most of the customers waiting were there to pay their bill. If you set up auto pay you get $5 off and avoid the long wait in lines.

They did not disclose all information for a promotion they were pushing me to get. I didn’t find out until the bill was due that they were charging me for service on my watch. They did not even offer to connect the service that they were charging me for so I spent the whole month with no service on the watch.

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. I've had no problem with my phone for 2 years I've had it. The place is spacious and very clean. The store us located in Eastland Plaza on Fremont and Wilson Way Stockon

Horrible customer service! I DO NOT recommend going to this location! The staff has no idea what they are talking about. The only female that helped me had a horrible attitude, 4 male employees were just standing using their phones. The manager has no idea what he is doing, he also needs proper training in customer service. When I explained to him that I called T-Mobile and told him what they told me, he was just agreeing and ignoring me. I have been with T-Mobile for years and NEVER once have I had to be "authorized" in the account in order to fully pay for a cellphone. Which I explained to him that even the representative stated that I didn't need to be "authorized" since I was buying out a phone, not in payments. Unfortunately, they are all young, below age 30.
