The team working at 7pm, 1/4/24, I went through the drive thru and Melanie was so polite and gave amazing customer service and whoever is cooking the food did my order justice. The online reviews are INACCURATE, deserve 5 stars hands down. I will be coming back. Harding way and Wilson way Taco bell got NOTHING on this one! Thank you for the fantastic service and Thanks to Jordan for answering my call in a timely manner. All y'all deserve raises and I mean that!!!

Got charged for sour cream,extra onions. Cheese and red sauce on my bean burritos. None of it was added I'm very upset how is it hard to follow simple instructions and they wouldn't answer the phone when I called several times.

No cashier even thou there 2 feet away! Even the kiosk worked harder then them. Poor food quality for it to be pricey.

My receipt says Cashier Jaden. 10/29/2023 @ 3:12:52 PM.If the guy in the drive through window was Jaden, this man salvaged a pending 1 star review.I had gone in here the day before to grab a quick bite on the way to work. The self-service kiosks are extremely slow and unresponsive. I went to the counter where an employee looked at me turned and walked away without even acknowledging that I was there. I was strapped for time so I just left. Circumstances ofy day lead me to not being able to eat the entire day.I prefer not to write bad reviews until I have given a business a second chance. I returned today again on my way to work.The voice on the drive-thru was friendly and polite. When I drove to the window I was greeted with a smile. He was courteous and professional. I got my food FAST. This is what customer service is about! Sadly it seems that customer service is disappearing.Definitely make sure to recognize this guy for a job well done.

Order more than $25 worth of food from this location and they are guaranteed to forget some of your items. They forgot taco sauces too.....always disappointed from this location for the last year or so.

Spend over $25 and this place is guaranteed to forget an item that you paid for. Then, when trying to submit for a refund or feedback, their website prevents you from submitting your request/complaint. Failure on both store and corporate side.....disappointing.
