I made an order to pick up a few hours in advance do when I was able to go pick it up it would be ready. I gave 15 minutes heads up before I arrived. I waited close to an hour to get my purchases while cars who showed up after me got their purchases within a few minutes yet the app told me that 'due to high demand my order could take longer'. I only ordered a couple of things. Not multi bags like the other cars who got theirs before mine

Wow I have never left a review for a store but Michelle's customer service definitely deserves some acknowledgement. She literally went above and beyond today and that's rare during the holidays! Please PLEASE recognize her work! :)

My review is based off of the fact that I was able to find what I needed and more. I felt like the service was fine. The cashier was friendly and the employee whom I asked to check a price on an item, was also able to help me fairly quickly. I actually only came here to purchase the Vaseline Healing Jelly All-Over Body Balm Jelly Stick. Winter is approaching and my skin has been very cracked and dry, but this bad boy has been helping me a lot. The downside though is that the store isn't the cleanest. The bathrooms are pretty filthy like toilet paper on the floor type of situation, and the majority of the Vaseline Jelly Sticks were used. They don't have a temper seal. What made me check each individual Vaseline Jelly Stick was that on the cap of the jelly stick, there was foundation smeared on them. My fiancé wanted to buy some Pokémon cards, and honestly we were kind of disappointed how unorganized that section is. Every time that we come here the stock is also very low. I wish that they would restock more often. My fiancé knows I'm a huge Sanrio fan and usually Target would have quite a selection of Sanrio apparel from time to time. He was able to find a t-shirt, zip up hoodie, and some sweaters! The store definitely could be a bit more organized because the Sanrio clothing items weren't even all in the same area. You kind of have to search the store for them.

Went to Target with a long list of products and other items I wanted to purchase and came out with only a third of the list completed because NO ONE would help us get the products locked up. I asked an employee stocking near by, and she said to press the call buttons. She still wouldn't help even after I told her no one was responding. She placed a call on her radio and still no one responded. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager and NO ONE came to talk to us. The manager of this store should be ashamed. I understand if you want to lock up items to help prevent crime, but then have employees around to help customers get the items they want to buy. We won't be back. The employees at this store clearly don't care about helping or servicing customers.

They never have popcorn at the cafe and even during business hours they don't want to do their jobs and make a new batch when they've just run out. I watched two people ahead of me get full bags of popcorn but when it was my turn, and 45 minutes before closing, they're completely out. There was a line of people behind me, what if they wanted popcorn too? I honestly felt discriminated against. I guess i was too dark to help.

I came by the store today to pick up some food and Starbucks before work at around 12:00 PM today. My son was with with me and wanted a small pizza, and some premade things. We were waiting at the counter to pay and place the order for pizza. There was only one worker with long hair and tattoos. I said hi and before I could order, she rudely interrupted me and said "I'm on break" right after just serving 2 other customers and walked away. I was waiting at the counter long enough to where she could have warned us or she could have called for a replacement. The food was for my 5 year old son and for work. I will not be coming back.

Disappointing Shopping Experience at Target Store in Stockton, CAMy recent visit to the Target store in Stockton, CA left me quite dissatisfied with the overall shopping experience. It's disheartening to witness the extent to which many valuable products are locked up, apparently due to local leaders' disregard for property crime and their failure to prosecute shoplifting crimes. This unnecessary precautionary measure ends up inconveniencing hardworking customers who deserve the opportunity to shop freely and without restrictions.Furthermore, the condition of the parking lot was far from satisfactory. It was evident that the area lacked proper maintenance, as it was dirty and untidy. This neglectful environment not only diminishes the overall appeal of the store but also raises concerns about the store's commitment to providing a clean and welcoming shopping atmosphere.Another frustrating aspect of my experience was the store's decision to charge for plastic bags. While environmental sustainability is important, the implementation of this policy made the purchase of basic home and hygiene necessities an unnecessarily unpleasant affair. The inconvenience of having to pay for bags added an unnecessary burden to the shopping process, leaving customers feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.Collectively, these factors significantly detract from the overall shopping experience at the Target store in Stockton, CA. The need to lock up valuable products, the neglected state of the parking lot, and the imposition of charges for plastic bags all contribute to an atmosphere that is far from enjoyable. As a customer, I believe it is essential for the store management to address these concerns and take steps to improve the shopping experience for their valued patrons.

Took advantage of the drive up feature on the Target app since I was in an unfamiliar area at night. I needed 2 things and ordering on the app is always easy. I thought about going in, but friends always tell me, "Stockton is ghetto."Soooo...I opted for the safer alternative.I arrived sometime just before 9pm, and an employee came out promptly and gave me my order. I thanked her and went on my way. She was friendly and for that I give 3 stars. I deducted 2 because I didn't go inside, so I can't give you a full review. If I ever come back and do go inside, I'll update this review.Based on other Yelpers' reviews, though, I am hoping it won't be a scary experience, lol. I'll be sure to go in broad daylight, too, or at least go with a friend if I end up making a trip at night.Carry on!

Avoid this place like the plague. It is absolutely horrible.I thought I'd could run in for sinus medicine and run out (like anyone ever just runs in Target and runs out). But I guess you could say I did run in and run out.Parked my car and dude fell in line behind me like we're in a race. He proceeded to stay on my tail through the doorway into the main aisle. I literally stopped, faced him and said "WHAT?!!!". He pointed to some corner direction and kept it moving. Then he was out of sight. The check out lines were all the way into Personal Care. My spirit guides told me to leave. I disobeyed. Why??? Because it was Saturday, I guess??? Free will???I trekked through the line to medicine. Sorely disappointed that EVERYTHING IS IN A CLASS CAGE!!! Even fkg toothbrushes!!! I couldn't believe it. This is worse than Walmart. That's when I realized I needed new toothbrushes.I spoke with an attendant. She was super nice and visually overwhelmed. I felt sad. I wanted to just grab her for a coffee talk. Get her off her feet and those cage keys out of her hands. I just wanted my sinus headache to go away, sketchy parking lot rovers to leave me alone and to brush my teeth with a new charcoal toothbrush by Oral B. As I looked down the Personal Care aisles and saw 90% of the products locked up I became overwhelmed and depressed. Once I became consumed with emotions, another parking lot pimp stormed past me yelling at himself or the invisible person accompanying him. With so many spirits running through this store I didn't feel safe and listened to my spirit guides. So I dropped everything and left. This Target gets because Yelp forces you to give at least and because the attendant was nice even under unnecessary stress. I think I'll go back and give her a gift card because she's a champ

My boyfriend and I tend to visit this target a lot and today Timothy helped us greatly. He was very nice and kind, I think this was the first time anyone even helped us first. (:

Thank you, Target! You guys had everything I came for today! Came in around 8:30am and was pleased to see there was still a good amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and lots of cases of water! There was also a lot of disinfecting wipes and sanitizer! (I just needed paper towels and wipes, but of course ended up buying other items) Also, there wasn't a line to get in and not too many shoppers yet. But, when it was time to checkout, there were only 2 cashiers available. I went to use self checkout (1 was down) and the 3 that work, each customer was having issues with paying. They had to wait to get help, which meant I had to wait longer to pay and get on with my day. Almost took off a star because of it! But, overall it was a good shopping trip!

Very disgusted that not one check out employee was wearing face mask. No one was wiping counters or debit card machines in between customers. They see hundreds of customers and can easily spread disease. If they're essential workers they need to follow CDC guidelines.

This one star goes out to the register girl on number 8 today, around 2:13pm. I wish I could have gotten her name but she has long brown braids. My register girl was talking to her while scanning my groceries asking "why is it so busy today" when it was slower than usual, but the self-checkout was closed so everyone had to go to a register six feet apart. And the girl on number 8 cashier says "Its because people dont stay home" infront of me and other customers when we are buying ESSENTIALS. She's lucky she still has a job during this rough time and if she doesnt want to work she doesnt have to show up, I will glady take your hours so you can stay home and complain. Unprofessional customer service.
