Rude employee she told me she was the manager her tag didn't say she was but I wasn't in the mood I left and didn't buy anything! Many times people have made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated towards I'm Mexican and my mom doesn't speak English and they have been very rude to her as well! If you can avoid this target i would! Go to lathrop target or go to Walmart it's wild at Walmart sure but at least you know what to expect and it cost less! If I'm going to be treated poorly I at least wanna pay less! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Bought 2 gifts cards here worth $880 for a baby shower gift and there was no balance on it. I tried to talk to the store and they informed me to call customer service. I called customer service they just told me they couldn't help me even if I have my original receipts and for me to contact the police department. It has been months and I still have not gotten a replacement for my giftcards. DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET. There are scammers going around wiping out the giftcards and yet Target does not want to do anything for their customers? This is RIDICULOUS!!!!

mexican grandma does not have manners, she moved my cart and gave me sassy attitude then when i tried on a few shirts she raised her voice for not saying anything when she banged on the door.

I love coming to Target . When you first walk in, you get this strong aroma of coffee. This store gives off cozy, safe, warm vibes . They're constantly stocking on new items with affordable things to buy from . I love shopping here to buy my vitamins, skincare and perfume. The only downfall would be to add more cash registers , they usually have 1/3 people working their . Other than that, I truly don't mind this store. This store is amazing !

This deserves 0 starts if that was an option. As a loyal Target shopper I will say that I am NEVER going back to this location. I came in today 10/5 around 4:30pm to get some more work clothes. I had the clothes I wanted to try on and went to the fitting room. There wasn't anyone there which was fine. I spotted a worker who was older late 50s/60s and I asked if she could open up the fitting room. She replied "WHY?!" Yes in that exact tone. Keep in mind I have clothes in my hand. I said to try on clothes. Another customer (opposite race) looked like she had flagged her down to try on clothes and followed her. The customer was kind and said I could go ahead and the target worker said "NO!" At this point I'm uncomfortable and confused why I'm being treated this way. So I'm awkwardly waiting. The customer is gathering her things and unbuckling her purse from her cart. The target worker than goes saying "you need to be careful around here because people steal" and looked directly at me. I have never been discriminated and racial profiled like this before. It's unacceptable. I was at the verge of tears because just because I'm black doesn't give any right of someone to one treat me less than someone else and two to make some assumption that I steal. It's even more unfortunate because she was nice to the customer that wanted me to go first and another customer that came up after who weren't black. I told the cashier that checked me out and she felt horrible. There wasn't a manager on duty and at this point I really wish there was because no one should go through this discrimination. I called corporate and they said they can't guarantee a call back so I opted out. Obviously Target won't do anything to address their racist employee. Do better Target!

I went shopping for a ton of stuff I needed early today, way more than a self check out trip. I went to the register where I met the cashier, Gina. She was super friendly even though I am sure she was not happy to see all of the things I was buying. She took special care to put cold stuff in bags with other cold stuff and stuff for my dog all in it's own bag. She made it a great trip. I promised her I would do the survey on the receipt and then lost it so I hope this is just as good. Thank you

Be careful buying gift cards from this location as i was just scammed for 50$! Apparently someone somehow transferred the funds from my gift card to another gift card? I dont know how this was possible as my mother scratched of the codes in store, and was embarrassed infront of everybody when bejng told card had a 0 balance. Once i called Customer service i was told that the money was transferred to another gift card?? Now i have to wait 10 days for them to investigate! Absolute BS!

At all times of the year, this target will only have 2 cashiers open. Unless it's Christmas, then all lanes are open. Even the self checkout has 6 people deep waiting. This is ridiculous.

Their curbside customer service is a joke, specifically a guy named Jeremy. I did an order and because the store is 15+ minutes away I headed over towards the time of fulfillment, which should have been 8:15pm. Come 9:30pm, nothing and the store is almost closing. I called just to check on the order, pretty sure I mentioned I was in the area already. Someone named Jeremy basically says the orders are being rolled into the next morning. I ask him if he's for sure it's not going to be fulfilled before closing and he says something along the lines of if it hasn't been fulfilled now, it's going. To be fulfilled tomorrow morning. He doesn't offer to check on you order specifically and doesn't even ask for order number or name. I hang up and am about to head home, but I decide to get some dinner. Around 9:45pm I get the notification it's ready. I pick up the item but needless to say I'm understandably annoyed. Had I headed straight home I likely would have missed the pickup. I call back and ask to speak to a manager just to let them know my concern. I get connected to Jeremy again. I ask why he told me to go home/that the order would not be fulfilled. He implies it was my fault because it didn't say I was at the store (pretty sure I mentioned I was in the area, but okay). I asked him why he didn't even bother to check my order status. He said they don't have the ability to do that. (Then why would it have mattered if I was at the store?) We go back and fourth a minute or so and finally I just tell him he needs to learn from his mistake moving forward and work to provide good customer service. Here's a tip, just apologize to the customer and admit you made a mistake instead of blaming the customer for not saying where they were. This store specifically doesn't do a great job with curbside vs the Lodi or Elk Grove stores. This store tends to be slower in general from my experience. Hopefully they'll work on improving. For now, the one off of Pacific Avenue will be my go-to for curbside.

I had to return something (this Monday around 5pm) and went to the customer service desk. The younger guy working, Aman, was super rude. He was on his phone and did not show any interest in helping me. I had to speak up about three times to get him to notice me. As a disabled person, it can be hard to stand for long periods of time. There was no line so I was confused as to why it took so long for him to notice me. He showed barely any customer service skills when he finally did help me and made me feel as though I was interrupting whoever he was texting. It was really upsetting to me, especially because that is not typical Target customer service. The customer service, or lack thereof, makes me want to drive further to the Pacific Ave Target. Super upsetting. :(

My granddaughters were using the self check out to purchase brownie mix and a package of Oreos. The $5.00 bill had a small tear and the machine would not take it. They asked the employee monitoring the check out if they could exchange it and they were told NO. Who does that! Where is the customer service these days!

NEVER BUY THE $19.99 wireless head phones they come off as soon as you sweat and you can barely hear anything with volume maxed! OVERALL THIS STORE IS AWESOME! Just complaining about the purchase
