Dispatch told me 30 minutes the driver was there in 30 minutes or less call me on arrival let me know he was there overall good company to have tow your vehicles and the driver was real polite and talkative

Great service. They are so busy that you might wait a while.I have used their service twice.The driver was very friendly and took me and my wrecked car to my house while having a great conversation on the way.Greatly recommend them.

Had over $3000 worth of tools missing this place is bad for business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEFS THEY WILL GO INSIDE UR VEHICLE AND TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT AND SAY THEY DIDNT DO IT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TECHNIQUE TOWING, ITS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND THEY ALL LOOK LIKE DRUG ADDICTS

Great people! Super helpful and did everything in a timely manner! Was able to help all my needs, even with a dolly tow and getting the car into my garage. Took a bit longer than expected but all good, Pedro did great!

I was stranded and waiting for a Tow company that my insurance sent to help fix a flat tire and they never showed up (see separate review on that). I was already 4 hours into waiting (11:50p-4 something am) when I went through my second roadside assistance via Tesla which I completely forgot I had. They sent Technique Towing to help me. What a blessing! I was greeted by Pedro. He was so friendly and empathetic when he heard I had been waiting for over 4 hrs for the other company to arrive. He was quick and very careful with my car. Even if I have to pay out of pocket in the future for a tow, I would just to have this type of friendly customer service. Thank you Pedro for coming to my rescue!

After waiting 3.5 hours for AAA to tell me they couldn’t tow my lowered car, I contacted Technique Towing for a tow. Pedro assisted me and got me home within an hour. Great service.Service: Special vehicle towing
