I’m sure the garibaldis make billions please upgrade and fix the Avalon Apartments please. Everything is old and slowly tearing down! All the interior is from the 1960s and rent here is close to $2000 a month! This entire complex is filled with rodents trying to get in! Remodel needs to happen!

My husband and I were looking for a place that would be comfortable for our Bassets and us. This company neglected to post the 25lb weight limit on their Atherton and Tesuro Apt website. In fact, they had a picture of a Golden Retriever on the Tesuro site. It is early false advertising. Pet owners proceed with caution.
