Wonderful it worked with me really well got me close to my car and got me downstairs because I can't go up and down stairs much very well with my legs anymore. The move was easy and I love my new one bedroom apartment everything's good

I am constantly impressed by the staff at Integra Peaks. They always let us know of anything that may alter the daily routine and assure us that what ever is happening they are doing their best to fix it!
They are always working to improve the quality of Integra Peaks!

I made a complaint to the office about a concern and I feel like I was dismissed with a generic email. The problem still exists which makes me feel like my concerns about the complex are not valid.

Lovely building owners, lovely building managers and maintenance team. I'm thankful to Garibaldi for not folding to corporate greed and raising rent just because they can. Thank YOU. I'm a happy resident and hope nothing changes about how this property is being managed and owned.

i’ve really enjoyed living here and have had so much peace. it’s quiet and people are friendly. staff is great. the only reason why i wouldn’t rate 5 stars, is because they fail to maintain the property well. gym lights will go out often, and the fire pits have had broken glass for about a year now. the couches seem to always be dirty.
