I’m confused, when I try on stuff in stores retail employees usually emphasize to leave clothes in the dressing room after I am done so they can count the items and put them back properly… I asked for a dressing room and the woman working today counted my items out loud before I went inside to change. When I left she was right outside the door waiting for me so assuming she wanted to count them again. I asked if I should leave the items there and she responded “I guess I can put them away…” with an attitude. Isn’t that their job? Isn’t that what retail workers get paid to do? Am I wrong for asking to leave my items there so she could count them again? I don’t mind putting the clothes back that I try on but if you are counting my items and standing right outside I think it’s safe to assume you want to count my items again. I won’t be coming back here and will support the friendlier staff at other shops here. I don’t like supporting workers who are lazy about their job.

I like Tilly's but agree with the other reviews are poor customer service. I came to the mall specifically to come here but stopped at a few stores along the way and had pleasant experiences. Today when went I try on stuff the middle aged woman counted my items out loud so I assumed she was going to keep an eye on theft. Y'all need to pay your employees better so they're in a better mood. literally just asked a simple question and got eye rolls... and i know it's not directed at me but the poor treatment they're facing.

I'm so sad to have to write this. But today January 4, 2022. I went into the store and young ladies/ Sales Clerks were to busy chatting with one another to bother to see if anyone needed assistance. The person the helped was a young man they they were "eyes" for. I used to shop there a lot and spend a good a mount of money there. But this will not happen again. What happened to the group that used to be there, over the summer they were great group, welcoming you when you came in and ready to help. I am really upset with this. Hope someone will teach theses people customer service.

Yesterday will be the last day i shop here. My daughter went in to get clothes and she immediately asked to leave. She said that she overheard employees making fun of her, she’s 17. I did not think much of it until we got in line and saw how rude the employees were. Definitely a place to shop at if you want to be judged.

I have almost two teenagers so as you can imagine I go in there and spend quite a lot there. I get today is Black Friday but that is really no excuse for the way I was talked to today.... and by the manager no less. My 15 yr old son wanted to get a sweatshirt down from the top so I saw a step ladder and told him to get it. He brought it over and was about to get a sweatshirt down. A salesperson came over and said vaguely said she would get it and then proceeded to disappear for about five minutes. Finally I put all the items down that I was carrying and went to get it my self. When I hear this person yelling "I'll get it, I'll get it... JESUS CHRIST!" I turned my head and looked at her and said "excuse me? There is no need for you to talk to me that way, and it is not appropriate." She didn't apologize or anything!!!!! Then I said are you the manager and she replied that she was. When I got through the line I verified that she was the manager and and told the cashier to complain to her district supervisor over her managers speaking to me and that it was completely inappropriate to exclaim "JESUS CHRIST" at a customer and their children under any circumstances..... to be honest I'll still shop at Tilly's.... probably just not that one! So rude!

I do not intend to go back to this store to buy ever again because the people who treated me yesterday were offended and had an offer and were angry when I asked them why it was so much if I had 50% and I was charging it at full price I never come back to this store, you never send me messages stockton CA tillys

Went to buy some clothes today and at the check out, she ask for my email. I said what for and she tells me it is the only way I can get my receipt. I said no thanks you can throw away the receipt. After paying, she handed me my receipt, and I said " I thought I wasn't getting my receipt." She then says oh forgot and grabs the receipt back and toss it.

If I can rate 0 stars I will came with my sister to get assistance so she can go to the fitting area to try some clothes out and there was nobody to help us out we literally had to find someone to help us took 10 min they should be by the fitting area to help us we the customer shouldn't find help to help us that's why there should be better customer service to help your customers remember we pay you guys you guys don't pay us 0 stars if I can and also all there clothes are very expensive will not recommend I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy unprofessional staff and poor workmanship !!!!!!!!

One star, because zero stars is not an option. This stores customer service is terrible. They had apparently put some shirts on a sale rack that did not belong there. My son happened to chose these shirts and when he went to buy them he was told a price that was much more than it should have been based on the sign on the rack. It wasn't just one misplaced shirt, there were many. But the store employee explained to me that the shirts didn't have a green sticker (nothing about this on the sign) they shouldn't have been on that rack. I feel as though they should have honored the price. This happened two days in a row. At two different locations. I won't shop at Tillys again.
