I checked the reviews before I made the appointment with Sophia and when I get to my appointment, I’m greeted with Luis V. He is the guy with the unusual mustache ! He seemed very nice, but I later learned he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.I came in by myself, so I was already intimidating enough, and his customer service wasn’t helpful as he was very condescending and patronizing towards me. He was staring at me like I was the most unusual thing he’s ever seen while he was asking me questions and maybe not understanding my answers because he just had a look of disgust while he was talking with me. It’s very hard to articulate it the energy in him, but the energy was very off it was bad !!!! I asked him if he was irritated because I felt so unprepared with the way that I was treated that I told him that I would be leaving and then he walked away and proceeded to talk about me with the rest of the tech guys there. It was humiliating and embarrassing and I recommend no single woman to go to this shop, especially if you are not well trained on every single auto part because you will be made fun of or laughed at or talked down too. the previous reviews were either Family members, friends, or fake reviews so please don’t believe them unless your are well versed in cars and a man! Luis V was so rude that I wanted to make sure I post this before I forget!!!!!!!
