“Today I went to Waterloo storage and got a 10x15 unit. The office was easy access. Once in, I spoke with Katrina. She provided excellent friendly service! She took the time to show me the unit. It was clean and secure.
Katrina processed the paperwork quickly and even mentioned the outstanding promotions which I took.

“The people working in the smoke shop are rude and seem annoyed by the U-Haul customers.The U-haul guy tries to give good service. He is the guy with a very strong Saudi accent. He seems hard working and like he really cares that we have a good experience.He has two locations that he appears to run by himself, and he is mainly at the other location-which I think is on Hammer lane too. When you make an appointment to pick up a truck, you have to be there at that appointment time otherwise the guy is not there.We were running late so the guy called us, we told him we should be there within an hour. He needed to know the exact time so we said 12 noon. We actually arrived 20 minutes early but the guy wasn't there.We called him and he said he could not be there until the appointment time at 12 noon. Even though we were in a hurry, it seemed understandable, we just wished we knew ahead of time how this location worked. But the guy ended up coming about 15 minutes after our appointment time of 12 noon.Also, he arranges ahead of time to have the truck you ordered to be parked at the smoke shop, so you cannot change to a different sized truck, there is only the one truck that you ordered there, no other trucks to choose from.It was awkward waiting around in a smoke shop with the rude employees: an old white dude with a faded orange crew cut who talked like we was on meth, and the other dude was a relative of the U-Haul guy. Both of them just answered "I don't know" to every question, including questions about items in the smoke shop.When the U-Haul guy got there, he apologized and seemed sincere. Even though the website said that the U-Haul place closed at 5pm, he said we could return the truck as late as 9pm, which was good because we didn't want to have to come back the next day. The guy was efficient and did not stick on a bunch of extra charges, just the 15" truck for $29.99, plus .99 cents per mile, we had to replace the fuel we used, and I think there was a two dollar fee also.I would probably use them again but only if I could go to the other location, I did not feel comfortable in the smoke shop, the employees seemed to go out of their way to make me feel unwanted. I am a quiet, and very shy person who tries to stay out of the way, and it was very intimidating for me to stand there so long. (I told the U-Haul guy that these employees were rude, and he apologized and looked like he meant it. )”
“How could it be easier? It couldn't. I drive to the drop off bay. The agent looks at the mileage, completes whatever data processing she does in less than 2 minutes, and I'm off. The receipt is in my email.”
