Cab was dirty even tho the gentleman who helped me with my reservation told me that if I brought the truck back dirty I would receive a extra fee. The ac cut on and off constantly. The vehicle also didn't seem like it's been serviced in a while. I felt a loss of power and could barely accelerate without holding up traffic.

Staff had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was dreading renting from Uhaul having heard many horror stories from other people. It was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
