Let’s just say 90% of the time when I come here it’s a bad experience. Today it’s already 8:40 and the doors are open. Theres a long line. I have to get to work. If you can’t open at the time it states why not change the time? Update : June 23,2025 once again I received my neighbor’s mail. This is not the first time. Some neighbors live like a block on the other side. I just dropped off someone else’s mail last week. And today I’m missing one of my mail. But I received another neighbors package. Please do better .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The white clerk lady is always rude. Sounds and looks rude, sounds entitled, and doesn’t have good manners. She only sweet talks to those that she likes or probably seen multiple times. This is the closest postal near me. But not gonna be coming here again I rather go somewhere else that is more welcoming. This location also needs more clerk. Always one clerk when they’re busy.

Offer online services, change your address you have to go to a PO and show your ID. If you need physical verification don't offer a service online defeats the purpose!

The main lady that runs my route is very good person. It just when she not on the route. I learned not to leave my mail out for pickup. The package never make it to the post office. Why is that? Two of the package was small gift items. Already stamped label . Ready for shipping.

Post offices suppose to close at 5pm. But they lock the doors at 4:45pm. So it doesn’t really close at 5pm like the signs says.

This post office often closes early. If you need to ship out a package and it is around closing time, chances are they'll be closed 15-30 minutes early. Other times they are extremely busy and only one person is at the front desk. Other days there's no line and it's quick so it's a hit or miss.Edit: Today I came to this post office at opening. I found out that not only do they close early, but they open late. The sign and google says they open at 8:30am, but I was waiting there for 15+ minutes. The hours posted are very inconsistent. One good thing though is that the workers are very nice and welcoming - I've noticed this every time I go ship something out. However, I still don't think that makes up for the lack of punctuality.
