Three times I request redelivery, three times they failed to knock or ring bell…was here all three days. Lousy service.

The workers seem so miserable that they can’t offer any decent customer service. The older white lady stands there taking at least 5 minutes to log in while there’s clearly a long line, no sense of urgency whatsoever. They open at 10am but aren’t ready to help you until 10:15-10:30am… and they have their gates down and ready to close around 4:40pm. The Asian lady in the back doing customer service is so rude and ignores you. Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. Why work in a public service aspect when you can’t stand to serve people… let’s just say if they can’t leave on time they are super crabby and that’s practically everyday.

The care and consideration for the public is lacking. Unfortunately our mail boxes were broken into and now I’m forced to pick up my mail for up to 6 weeks. If the window is closed make sure to ring the bell in just a way that it may or may not ring. Even though the pick up times say 9am-3pm the staff doesn’t go out of their way to check if anyone is out there. The older lady that looks like she is part of a church goes out of her way to prove the customer wrong by ringing the door bell to “make sure it works” and then while in the back starts laughing with staff about what she did. When she handed me my mail and I asked about my packages . She proceeded to tell me I didn’t have any even though I had confirmations that I had 2 on Monday. Today is Sat. She said my packages weren’t there. Someone picked them up but couldn’t tell me when or who. With no direction as how to find out what to do. I never had any issues with the West Lane branch. This makes 4 packages in the last 3 months. It’s my wish and prayer that God puts some love in their hearts to help others and not aggravate folks that already have enough on there plate.

Don’t bother calling the number listed, they won’t pick up. Not sure about any other people but our mail lady has been calling the city parking police on residents saying we block the mailboxes. Last I checked it’s a subdivision exactly like every other subdivision in Stockton. Must just have a lazy group in there shuffling letters around

My item was marked as delivered, but is nowhere to be seen. It isn't in my mailbox or outside. The delivery driver didn't take a photo to confirm the delivery. I call, and get an automated voice system. I left a report.

So I arrived to the post office at 4:53pm. They have on the door and the website stating they close @ 5pm, but when I walked in there there was an employee at the door with the gate ready to be closed. And I asked them about the closing time and he said very clearly that “They close whenever the manager says to close” the sign should say they close @ 4:50pm or whenever the manager feels like it. Unbelievable.

The lines at this post office location have always been insane, and they’ve only gotten worse. I remember waiting in line for stamps with my grandma when I was a kid, and back then, the wait was long, but now it’s doubled. The wait times are ridiculous, and it feels like nothing ever changes. This location is really starting to feel like a joke.

I had a terrible interaction with one of the postal workers. He was so rude. And I called him out about being rude to me and he just gave me more attitude. How about you greet me when I greet you and then be kind. Kindness goes a long way. It’s not my fault You’re having a bad day.

At most have two clerks working the counter. Paid over $650 to send five packages just to have three of them destroyed. Dust blown into them.

Long lines ,more the 30 minutes way is just ridiculous, no enough staff to do the work.
The personal es friendly but just one person for a line the more the 20 people is too much.

Since closing the Robin Hood location Janet lane and early lane past offices have been swamped and there is only two tellers at each location! About a 30-45 minute wait each and every time you gotta get something stamped because it’s certified mail. USPS needs to hire more tellers.
