VIPM is an AMAZING Church! Bishop Tylos Jackson is an EXCELLENT teacher and always brings a powerful word!! The Praise team under the direction of LA Jackson is OUTSTANDING! You certainly won't be disappointed with the overall worship experience from beginning to end at Victory and Praise Modesto!!
