Horrible !!! Just horrible customer service. I have called 10 times and every single time they answer after I’m on hold for 10+ minutes and they hang up the phone. Please AVOID! This Walgreens all the ladies working here are just horrible with people please go back and learn how to handle your jobs ! Leaving diabetics with no insulin for days because they can’t do their job is crazy.! Something needs to be done at this location.

Very slow service and rude,also they said my medication was not ready and it was going to take hour and a half I came back home and before I arrived they call me saying it was ready so I have to drive back again and get it agggg

Worst pharmacy, always taking forever and have gotten phone calls my prescriptions are ready and I go down there and wait for 45 minutes and there not ready.

Can’t get ahold of the pharmacy because they keep on hanging up the call. I called three times waited to be answered and they pick yo the phone and hang up.

pharmacy is terrible never got nothing right never come back from lunch on time nothing is ever right over there everybody been in line for almost an hour either update your system about your lunch hours or come back on time and stop wasting people time.

Slowest pharmacy on earth no matter what time you go.could use cleaning. I only come here for my foster child’s medicine I can’t imagine dealing with this type of service on a regular basis..UPDATE: had to return tonight because they gave me a partial refill and failed to tell me that.. spoke to pharmacist that sounded 16 years old that told me that they ran out that’s why I only got a partial refill then she changed her story and said that the insurance wouldn’t pay for it…asked for a manager none available, asked for a Senior employee Luckily the senior employee was able to figure out the problem. But I still can’t believe that they drop the ball when peoples life’s depend on medication.. this absolutely needs to be investigated and reported .

For the life of me, I cannot understand why it takes 15 mins for each person to get their medications and go. Everybody in line feels the same way as I do. I mean you give them your info then it takes them 5 mins to locate it. Then the technician disappears in the back for another 10 mins. What the heck are the doing manufacturing pills to order or something?!? Really recommend any other pharmacy then Walgreens, because every single location is the same way. Un effin believable.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to these people who work here do not know what the hell they are doing and are completely slow, regardless of twenty people waiting in line. Only three people in line I had an uber eats a medication pick up and I had to wait over an hour
