I’ve been getting run around since Monday last week. My prescription was sent to them on Monday June 2nd and said it was tell early to be refilled. Friday they had to reorder my prescription and it will be here Monday June 9th. I call and now they are telling me they can’t do it cause my pharmacy I normally go to refilled it Monday June 2nd when they didn’t. So not only have I been getting the run around they have been very rude the 3 days I talk to them last week and the person that I spoke to today. They are not friendly that’s why I stopped coming to Walgreens. I will not have my prescription sent to another Walgreens ever again.

Compared to CVS on Admiral Callahan in Vallejo (it was a nightmare to get photos), this one is nice

Terrible customer service. The employees here are uninformed on policies and don’t follow cohesive guidelines. The older black female manager working at 2:45 pm on 11/20/24 was extremely rude and stated she simply didn’t know how to do her job so couldn’t input info needed to ring item.

The worker with the pink hair was taking her sweet time while the customer who already got his photos was standing at the cashier on his phone with zero awareness. Couldn’t she just say “Can I help the next person in line?” so the customer who’s just standing there move out of the way? Instead she walking back and forth. I’m just here to pick up my pictures and leave, not wait for an eternity.

Leave you waiting hella long. Customer service sucks big time. I always have a problem now to pick up my medicine. Didn't used to be that way. I'm really disappointed ?

They used to be good but lately have been providing really poor service. Because of them my refills weren’t ready on time and I wasn’t able to get my daily prescription for 2 medicines. And their automated notifier has been poor too lately. I’ll be changing my pharmacy now.

The store manager lazo is constantly not following protocol he is consistently running out the store following thieves and on December 2nd the pharmacist closed the store early at 130 simply because he wanted to leaving patients without medication ( check the timestamps ) and the store manager was unaware of it they need a manger who has at least basic knowledge of computers and knows how to read and follow protocols and procedures..
