I really like this Walgreens, it's great for running in for something quickly or if ya want to look around! Big bonus, tge store is nicely stocked, super clean and cashiers are friendly. It is located in a cute little shopping village with lots of parking. FIVE STARS!

Only one associate working the pharmacy, so a 20 minute wait in line. Unfortunately this is a recurring thing.

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone and when you send back and request a new prescription to the ER you need to provide options for the medications the patients insurance covers otherwise the ER DR won't send back the request. Makes it very frustrating waiting 4 days for a medication when the pharmacy doesn't know how to request things correctly

The March Lane store in Store, CA has the worst service that I have experienced. Every time that I have an order sent there, they do not start processing the order until I have stood in line for about an hour to request it. Often, I get a message saying there was an error only for me to spend 40 minutes on hold and get told that the medication is there and there isn't a problem. I wasn't able to get my birth control for months because they wouldn't fill it and I couldn't reach anyone. Recently, I placed an order for my son's asthma medication (so he can breath). After 6 days of it stating pending, I called to ask about it. I waited on hold for 40 minutes. I was told that the medication is there and they'll have it by the next day. Their excuses are that it is busy and they are short staffed, but if they aren't able to provide medication timely, then the store shouldn't be operating. My son needs his medication, but it has been delayed for over a week due to the staffs inability to perform their jobs. I will be absolutely changing pharmacy, but honestly, the lack of service is inexcusable.

This place is horrible they need to take the drive thru pharmacy off it's been closed for over 2 weeks supposedly due to COVID but I think it's because their service is extremely slow I've came Three times today to pick up medication that was marked as ready on the app and now it's 241 and they still aren't open from lunch this is horrible service they should be shut down by how horrible their service is

If you need a prescription filled don't go here. They're extremely disorganized in the back, so much so that they have a hard time keeping track of inventory. I waited for my prescription for nothing, turned out they didn't even have it in stock. So I have to head back for a 3rd time. It also doesn't help that the pharmacist takes a break within the last hour of closing.

I've used this pharmacy for years because it's location and drive thru are convenient to my home. Since the drive thru is not open, it's no longer convenient . I'm on oxygen and having to go into the store to pickup is very hard. I'll be changing to another pharmacy. I was on hold over an hour today. I wanted to see just how long it would take them to answer. I feel sorry for others that were on hold as they answered my call 5 minutes before closing. I'll bet they disconnected the calls. They should just close this pharmacy. You would think if headquarters sees all these 1star ratings they would do something besides lip service. Maybe they should do an "Undercover Boss" at this store. That would be interesting.

The drive-through pharmacy is never open when I talked to a member of management about it they just basically shrugged their shoulders and said nothing we can do " we're short staff and we can't hire anybody ".You would think that if there were so short on staff they would it's common sense. I'm now switching out to Rite Aid because at least they know what they're doing, they have a lot of staff, do not make mistakes as often as walgreens does and have a working drive-through.I don't believe the cookie cutter generic response walgreens gives to these reviews because if they did the problem would have been corrected by now

The pharmacy is the worst ever... They don't put your prescription together until you give them instance info... What if you don't have insurance.. They said you pay with cash.... OK so why is my prescription not ready a whole day after you guys received it... We were waiting for insurance info.... Are you kidding me?! The line was like 15 people long and one guy slowly working the register.. Totally rude employees this is the worst pharmacy ever

This review is SPECIFICALLY about the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. The pharmacy sucks. You can't get through on the phone; I've held well over a half-hour to speak to someone (where they keep picking up and immediately placing me back on hold) before being hung up on. They make mistakes (one rx was "one pill a day for ten days, yet they constantly filled it with just three pills, because the prescription was written for a 90 day supply, so divide that by three and you get... 3.33 pills a month.) Their drive thru is closed currently (April of 2023) and has been for months, because they are understaffed. They're pulling a pharmacist and staff from other locations (some of the staff are working AFTER completing their shift at another store that same day, I've been told by employees). Those poor employees! The understaffing leads to delays and mistakes. Plus a long, slow-moving line in the store to try and pick up prescriptions. This makes it difficult for people who are disabled and cannot stand for 30+ minutes to get their medications. It would take numerous attempts of going to the store, standing in line and playing Russian roulette with back and knee pain, hoping you can get your prescriptions and leave before your joints give out and you stumble and fall. I am SO glad I switched to the Rite Aid on Pacific in Lincoln Center last August, and just got my partner to move his prescriptions as well. It's a bit farther away from where I live, but at Rite Aid, I can get 90 day refills, pay through their app, AND they offer delivery from the store, so I don't even have to leave my home if I am unable to for any reason. I can get through to the pharmacy on the phone, most times without holding for more than a minute or two.

The service in the pharmacy department is ridiculous.! I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes just to get to the window to say closed for testing. No signs nothing! I am sick as a dog today, md sent my rx yesterday afternoon it is now 1:30 the next day and my rx is still not ready. This is my last day doing business with this company. CvS is much more efficient and cares about their customers. Shame on you Walgreens on Pacific!!! Customers never again!!!!! Oh and been on the phone for 30 minutes no pick up what a mess!

On hold for the pharmacy for twenty minutes, and then I was hung up on. Tried calling back, and back on hold for thirty minutes. This place is severely understaffed, management really needs to hire more people in their pharmacy department.

I wish that could give them zero stars. For a pharmacy to close 3 hours early with no notification is ridiculous. came to pick up my curbside order because I'm on crutches!!!! and was told by a jolly ass Sarah to just simply return tomorrow because there was an "incident". I can't wait until Walgreens roll out the robots. I only came here because the items was I stock. To AMAZON I GO LIKE I INTENDED.

As we were leaving the store, my 82 y/o grandma felt dizzy and almost fell. Store associate were very caring and quick to give us a chair and water. Manager offered to help anyway he can. I want to thank them kindly for their kind gesture. This walgreen is also my go to store for couponing. Did a few curbside orders and never had any issues.

This Walgreens needs to get their act together Not answering their phones especially the pharmacy There are people that really need their medications and this pharmacy shouldn't be in business I always call and I can never get through To anyone So if I need to speak to pharmacist I can't If their isn't enough employees send the patients prescriptions to a different pharmacy I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone
