Pharmacy dept is horrible!!! They are rude and not helpful at all, I call and get placed on hold which I don't mind I'm sure they are helping other customers but then I get transferred where I don't know, phone rings rings and rings and someone picks up and hangs up! They need better customer service..

They need to learn how to answer a phone and not hang it up on people. I've been waiting over 3 hours for one prescription for my daughter!Corporate needs to get new pharmacy employees, that actually can do their job correctly!

The attitude of the pharmacist of this location on Mariposa it’s very rude and they’re very disrespectful. We are paying you you’re not give us a medication free. I don’t know the name of that lady I talked to her on the phone she was very rude and disrespectful. The time is today 5:04 and date is 11/28/ 2023.

I would like to see a faster response in the drive-thru pick up side, you would think it would be faster for people who have sick kids and cannot enter the store. I always have 30 min to an hour wait. This has to change.

Do not attempt to get your vaccinations at this Walgreens. Made appointments online and pharmacy staff had no clue about them. Waited in line and then was told the pharmacy was closed from 5:30-6pm for meal break. Their system let us make appointments at 5:45?? Why?? We were told we had to come back after 6pm. Did not go back. Waste of time. Never coming back to this pharmacy. Made appointment with CVS.

Ridiculous! Waited in line for over an hour after receiving a message saying my order was ready to be picked up just to get to the front and tell me to come back tomorrow!! They literally turned all the customers away that were waiting in front of me after they received a message as well! Why are they sending messages when nothing is ready? Are they trying to make themselves look good showing they are fulfilling prescriptions on time when in reality they are not! Like I said RIDICULOUS!!

Horrible customer service. I need to call every hour to make sure they don't cancel my prescription. I've learned my lesson the hard way. I Will not be sending any new prescription here.

Every time I order medication from this pharmacy they never have it ready I have been waiting over 7 hours for antibiotics for my children. Rx were ordered at 12pm today and waited till 3pm to come in for my kids RX when I got to the window i was lied to. I was told that they didn’t received any order from the provider I corrected the girl at the window and told her that meds were ordered at 12 pm today and then she went and told me that “oh yes we have received it is 2 Hr wait” i told the girl that it was fine that I will come back, is now 7:51pm and my kids RX is not ready and before coming to the pharmacy I called their dr to double check that the RX was ordered, even the dr’s office had to call to check on the meds. I came to the pharmacy wait time was extremely long and I still had to wait another 30mins just to get the RX. This is ridiculous!!! My baby has been crying in pain all day, is not ok to make ppl wait over 7hrs for medication I understand it gets busy and sometimes they can be short staffed but this is terrible service. It shouldn’t take this long for someone to get their meds. I will not be coming back here and I advise everyone reading this to do so if they don’t want to deal with this. Even the little pharmacy across the street don’t even take that long to have your rx ready. I been coming here just because of the drive thru because is convenient.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had. I called because I usually do not have a copay I have very good insurance. So I call the pharmacy and the woman who answers is rude of course. I tell her what’s going on and she transfers me to the whoever is in charge of dealing with insurance issues. This lady doesn’t deserve to have the job she does. I don’t know who she was, but she cut me off mid sentence and asks for my name and date of birth. I tried to let that go and proceeded to tel her. Then she tells me that I have a copay because I’m in a new insurance which I have never heard of before. I ask if she can spell it for me and she replies in the most condescending voice “it’s literally spelled exactly how it sounds” I wanted to go off so bad but hung up instead. I call my doctor and she has no idea how the pharmacy got that insurance because they’ve never heard of it. So when I call the pharmacy to straighten it out, every time they would transfer me to the people who deal with insurance I would get hung up on. I can say I easily got hung up on about 10 times. And everytime I would call back and say I keep getting hung up on the reps would say in the rudest voice “just download the app” HOW ABOUT YOU GUYS DO YOUR JOB!!!! DO BETTER

Do the pharmacy phones even work? I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days and nobody answers the phone. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I am typing this review as I am on hold. Horrible customer service!!!

Terrible service from the pharmacy side of Walgreens. I had an appointment arranged for my daughter to get a COVID booster at this location. I called prior to make sure they had some in stock at that specific pharmacy because the last Walgreens I went to wasted our time and said they were out of stock when we arrived.Anyways, the pharmacist who answered sighed and said, "Name and date of birth?" Her tone was monotone, and she sounded like she was over it all. I asked, "I just wanted to know if you guys had covid boosters in stock for a 4-year-old? We have an appointment at your pharmacy today." The pharmacist was silent for like 20 seconds and said, "Ugh, let me transfer you to our vaccine line." And I said no wait!! And she hit transfer.When I got to the vaccine line, I told them the same thing I told the pharmacist, and they said all they could help me with was to set up an appointment. I said I already have an appointment set, I just need to know if that specific location had any boosters in stock. The vaccine line rep said to call the pharmacist and ask them, and I said I did, but the pharmacist didn't want to help me and transferred me. They apologized on the pharmacist's behalf.I ended up not taking my daughter to the appointment. If I did go, I would have told the pharmacist off for being a lazy and rude person. The pharmacist clearly does not like her job. I get the job is stressful, but other people have it just as bad, even worse, but they aren't lazy and rude like that pharmacist.I think the pharmacist at this walgreens should think about finding a new job because they lack some serious customer service skills.Jerk!

Thank you Janette whom works in the pharmacy department. You went above and beyond to help me transfer my prescriptions and researched on a prescription that has been out of stock for months. You made my day just a little better with your help. Mariposa location.

If I could give negative stars I would! Rude pharmacist with no willing to help find another Walgreens that may have a medicine available when they didn't. I wanted to karate chop her! Never again Walgreens Pharmacy! Find better employees who actually care!
