Is giving zero stars and option? Avoid this place like you would avoid hell. This is the slowest most awful pharmacy there is. No one has a good experience here. Nothing about this pharmacy makes sense. You have insurance? Not at this pharmacy you don't, they won't take it. You don't want to catch covid while you wait for two hours? Too bad, should've used the drive thru. You don't need a consultation? Too bad you will have to wait for the cashier to whisper that she needs the pharmacist multiple times till she finally saunters over to do something called a tap. Lord, please let me NEVER have to return to this wretched place.

I've been coming to this Walgreens location for many years. This is my usual spot to pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy. Sometimes, customer service can be hit or miss. In the majority of visits, the staff members are not always welcoming or friendly. The wait time to pick up the medicine is not too shabby. I will continue to come back to this location since it's close to my home.

I am writing this review for the pharmacy(although it doesn't look like it will make any difference because they just don't care!) my dr called my tonight to let me know she was putting in a scrip for me. I don't normally use Walgreens because I am an Adventist health employee but their pharmacy is closed on evenings and weekends. I requested Walgreens because they are 24 hrs. At least one hour after the prescription was placed, I went to the drive-through. They told me that my prescription would not be filled until the 21st. I asked them why if this was a brand new prescription? They said there was two prescriptions in their system for the same thing and instead of noticing that they were duplicates and filling the proper one, they decided to not do either after. After questioning them, they said OK and then told me that it would be an hour before they could fill it. I asked them why it would take an hour when the prescription was put in a while ago and they couldn't give me a reason. I went home as I only live right around the corner two minutes away. As soon as I walked in the door, I received a text that my prescription was ready. Wtf! This place needs help and no one seems to want to do anything about it. My husband(who has difference insure) has recently switched all his prescriptions to Costco because he continues to have problems with them as well. Do better Walgreens! This is not acceptable!

I am having severe allergic reaction to house Cats. Went to an Urgent Care clinic for some needed relief. Sadly, I selected this Walgreens to have my three perceptions filled. One was filled in three hours, and another needed prior authorization from my insurance company via the doctor. The third, what a drama. The "pharmacist" decided I needed a 90 day prescription rather than the 30 day as written. They contacted the Urgent Care clinic for an updated prescription. I contacted my insurance company, they said it was not needed on a first time (or any) prescription. (The medicine was needed to clear my lungs and prevent further damage). The odd thing, Walgreens had already charged and was paid by the Insurance company. I called to speak to a pharmacist; after a long discussion they said it would be ready at 10:45. No apology offered. I arrived at 1:30pm and the prescription was STILL NOT FILLED. I had to call my insurance company again, the initial charge was reversed and a new one had just come through. At this time, I heard the Pharmacist say it needs to be a 90 day prescription. When I FINALLY was called to pay for the medication, they were not giving me the medication that was filled the afternoon previously. I asked why; the response was "oh, do you want that too?" SERIOUSLY. I asked to speak to the pharmacist for a reason they decided an MD was not qualified to write a prescription as needed. She said nothing, I gave her a number the insurance company wanted her to call to explain why SHE was trying to up sell on medication. She acted completely vapid and walked away. No customer service skills at all, no explanation, not even a well placed lie. I will NEVER go back. Why is this acceptable practice?

Just don’t. Go anywhere else! The pharmacy is terrible! First, they don’t ever answer! And when they do, they are very unhelpful. Second, you will be waiting in line for close to an hour. Just to get your medicine. I have done this often and it’s to the point now that I know they don’t even start working on yours until you show up after they tell you it’s ready. Very unorganized! It shouldn’t be this difficult to get your prescriptions. Clearly I’m not the only one who experiences this either!

Been waiting for an 1 and a half in line to pick up my prescription. Literally the worst place when it comes to picking up your medication. Highly unacceptable for anyone. Please don’t come to this pharmacy for whoever comes here.

I guess it's the same complain't as any other person would as well agree but the pharmacy when it comes to picking up your medication sucks. If i could give it a lower rating i would. But they really need to get their people in check.

I'm sick of stores outright lying to customers about bathroom availability or stating they are broken! Why don't you charge a small fee to get in or only allow one person at a time.Do anything but lie or refuse to allow restroom use. It's just inhumane to not allow a law abiding customer in! Once a business tells me that ,I never go back.I do the same thing for any gas station!

I feel sorry for the customers of this pharmacy. Been on hold for 30 minutes trying to help a member get his Rx and they keep picking up and placing the call on hold. The Pharmacists and store manager should be ashamed of themselves

Good luck with so called "24 hours"pharmacy 'this pharmacy is actualy closed between 5 am to 8 am ..8 am right at opening time the worker seems not wana move 'will make you wait wait wait till you leave .miss management .too much favoritism .this morning shift employee is getting special treatment

They need to hire someone to work the drive through pharmacy dept. It should not take 25mins to help one car at the window. There's still 5 cars in front of me and I hope that it doesn't take that long for every car.
