Really long wait times, poor customer service. Not the model care generally seen by Walgreens pharmacies. Maybe they are short staffed?

Very rude cashiers and staff. I needed help finding medicine for my children and they just brushed off my attempts. Once I finally found it they were doing everything possible behind the counter to not ring me up. I wait over 8 minutes in line with no one in front of me before they were ready. I'm not sure how this store has any customers left. Really just awful service. Hopefully they close and put a real stove like Rite-aid there instead.

After placing an order for a script refill for my child through the app, I got a notice that it was delayed because of insurance. After a day or two of no calls or status updates on the app, I cancelled the order through the app. It was marked as “cancelling” and for at least 2 days, and would not allow me to do anything on the app (this isn’t the first time having issues with refills with Walgreens, sometimes within a day or so it resolves itself, but occasionally I’ve had to call and have it cancelled or transferred depending on availability.) At this point, we were almost out of medication and need a refill asap.
I ended up calling the store, to be told insurance doesn’t want to cover it and I just needed to come in and buy it over the counter… but my child is on a smaller mg dosage that can be purchased over the counter. I checked, and while on the phone also looked up over the counter options elsewhere and it just isn’t offered.
The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful, offered no prices, alternatives or advice, so I just had them cancel and chose the transfer the prescription to Costco, who was quickly able to give me the cost and begin filling it.
I understand fluke incidents happen, but this isn’t the first time, and when you’re delaying a child from a daily medicine they’ve been on for years and offering no solution, it’s beyond frustrating and not worth wasting any more time over.

Pharmacy and the people there are so unprofessional if you could go to another pharmacy I would. I would not waste my time here at all.

The pharmacy staff do not come to help you and then when I waited while staring at a lady who was ripping up paper she quietly from another window asked what I needed. My daughter has an infection and needs her antibiotics, two of them. The lady said they’ll text me in 20 min to 1 hour. It’s been over 2 hours waiting and we still haven’t gotten them. I tried calling and have been on hold for over 30 min with “one caller ahead of me” this is the most negligent pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I will never come back and I am switching my prescription to somewhere else. Horrific service

This is only for the pharmacy.
I got a prescription on Tuesday 7/9. I went after I got out of urgent care and it wasn’t ready. I ended up forgetting about it and did not receive further instructions for it. My symptoms worsened on 7/11 and I went to the ER on 7/12. Earlier in the day of 7/12 I went to get my prescription and they said it still was not ready.
In the ER, my legs became numb up to my knees, my arms were numb up to my elbows. My face was numb and later in the night the numbness was traveling up my spine.
This was also a throbbing painful numbing, not like a complete numb.
I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t move my fingers.
I was having chills, headaches, and stabbing radiating pain in my lower back.
All of this could’ve been prevented if the prescription didn’t take 5 days to be ready.
All of this could’ve been prevented if the pharmacy team said I could get the medication somewhere else.
I will never go here again.

This pharmacy is slow, they never have enough people working and I got stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes and no one came to the window. One cashier working in that store is ridiculous. Move your prescriptions to a better pharmacy. Don’t waste your time

I waited an hour and half last night in the drive through for medication. I’m sick and in pain no one should be waiting that long for medication especially when the drive through is supposed to speed up the process. Absolutely ridiculous

Seems that the store is short on staff, had a very long line at 10am and only one cashier working.

Today has been one of the top 5 worst days of my life. I am so sidetracked and spacey. I walked into Walgreens to load money onto a card. The guy helping me was very nice, and very professional. After finishing my transaction my daughter and I left. We got all the way out onto hammer lane. When stopped at a stop light we see the kind checker running across traffic at 4:30 pm waving my debit card at me. Reggie you are beyond kind. Thank you for your integrity, thank you for going the extra mile. People aren't kind or honest like this anymore. You made an awful day less awful. Thank you

The cashier carmen is rude. If your sick stay home, don't cone get the customers sick with you.plus don't be lecturing about how to use our own credit/debit cards. It's people like you the reason why we don't trust debit, your watching what we are keying in then you want to lecture us on using debit. A manager should not have even allowed her at work ill.
