Rushed over after work to do a return as today, a Wednesday, is my only time to do so due to work. I get there at 7:50pm and they turned me away and told me they were closed. I'm pretty sure they close their customer service/money center at 8pm? Last I checked there's nothing posted saying they stop taking returns 10 minutes prior to close and if that were the case, it needs to be posted. I work retail and I know the feeling of wanting to get things done so you can go home, but if a customer came into my store even 3 minutes before close I wouldn't turn them away..I'd just give them a heads up that we're closing in 3 minutes. I only had a $30 return and had the card, receipt, and everything ready to go. It wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes...

My wife and I don't drive so we us Walmart delivery for our grocery shopping. Deliveries are on time and we usually get everything we ordered. Our main complaint is that the people who gather the orders either have no common sense or don't care about what they're doing. We order two potatoes for baking, one will be large and the other half the size. Often, the fruit will be bruised, the vegetables old or way undersized. I wish they shopped like it was for themselves.

Just got to the store 15min before they closed. Pressed the button just to get 1 item before they closed. Tell me why I had to ask one of the employees just to tell me they're closed? Saw me waiting there the whole entire time just to tell me they have no one with a key just to get ear drops!

We love coming to this Walmart, but unfortunately our trip today wasn't so great. As we were grabbing some produce we had an interaction with a worker named Melanie, shift leader I believe. Her attitude and tone towards us wasn't the best, she was very disrespectful and it was disappointing knowing she'd act that way when we were just minding our business. Walmart needs to do something cause this isn't the first time someone's complained about her...

I, my one year old and 5 year old (African American) was harassed and racially profiled (by your older Asian employee) at your SuperWalmart in Stockton, Ca (11/18/2023 around 18:30). Your employee screamed at us, called us black as if we don't know that we are black, called security on my kids for looking at toys, I had to ask an employee to get a manager. GIANT crowds of customers watched as your employee continued to yell at me in front of managers!!!! 7 managers instructed her to leave and she refused and continue to yell at me and my kids! She yelled at us in front of the whole store and said we are DRAMA! She was stealing company time on her phone scrolling on Facebook! My baby was terrified he didn't want to get down or look at anymore. My five year old kept asking was we in trouble and was scared to look at more toys. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be going to the news this is the holidays kids wants toys she should not be working with KIDS AT ALL! This is not right I managers had to stand in between us because she became highly aggressive and I shouldn't have to be in fear when we are shopping to spend money with YOU! I am appalled! I wish I could give a negative rating this is disgusting!

11/5/23 - I had a little emergency and had to find an eyeglass place that was open on a Sunday. I knew of two places to try, so the first was not opened, then I thought to look up Walmart. Walmart was the winner!! I hurried to get out the house because my 1-year old grandson some how found my eyeglass case, took out my glasses and broke the left arm. This all happened Saturday evening and I didn't find out until late. I don't wear my glasses in my house; no need to!!!! So that's what happened! When I walked in the clerk said that she could help me. I still had that tiny screw with me. So within minutes I was on my way!!! I was a happy camper and their was no charge. If I had waited and went to the first place I am more than sure he would have charged me $40.00 & !! But unfortunately, the screw was not in their tight enough, but I could see something blocking my view while driving. I took off my glasses and I could see it wasn't in tight enough. I took them back to Walmart Monday afternoon and I was helped very quickly by another customer care rep. She took them screwed it in tighter and put some kind of glue on it. Now, that's service!!! Again, no charge!!! Thank you Walmart (Eyewear Department)!!!! I have spare glasses, but they are very blurry. I don't want to drive with them, but this emergency arise and I had no choice.

The cashier lady was very rude we ask her a question and she didn answer us and when I grab my basket and she said I was rude. How was I rude when I don't want to put my basket on top of the chicken when she didn't even bag up the chicken yet and she did loud tone voice at me never ever see this kind of behavior from cashier worker

If I can give them a half a star I would but sadly I have to give them a full star. I called just to ask a question for a battery for my car and it was ringing for 8 min straight. The lady from the garden kept answering and transferring me to tire and lube but no answer. Every time she kept answering she kept transferring there. I see a lot of people are giving it 1 star and I didn't know why. Very bad service, ghetto af and I don't want to go to target because I like wolly world and least I'll know who and what I'll be dealing with there. Winco is always my go to for groceries even though Raleys has the best fruit it's expensive but we are talking about Walmart here. Few people got shot at that parking lot but we still walk around like that never happened. I remember when Stockton use to be Stockton and not run by Bay Area people that got kicked out from where they from and as a community we should all gather up and close the mf down so it can rebuild better and MAGA it out. 2024 baby!!

This review is for Khang in automotive service dept. I came here today to resolve an issue with an oil change I received at another Walmart as the warranty states to bring your car to your nearest Walmart auto center. I had an oil change and fuel service done on my car 2 days ago. The following day my car's check engine light came on. When the oil was checked it showed it was nearly empty and the oil filter had not been replaced. The manager Khang was very attentive and didn't take my stressed/ temperamental attitude personal, instead he understood my concerns. Even though the service was not performed at this location, he attended to it as though it was. I really appreciated his attentiveness to my car and my safety. He was able to resolve the issues of the check engine light and he did a full oil change and corrected the issues. You do not receive service like this especially when the issue presented was not a result of their work. Not only was this matter resolved but I it was handled immediately as I arrived and spoke with someone about the issue. Thank you Khang!

It's no wonder this store only has a 1.5 star rating. Dirty store. Lazy employees. Bad customer service. Would rather drive across town to go to trinity or go to target.

I went for key duplication for my house. There was this kiosk by the automotive section of the store. It's my 1st time using the kiosk and ask this lady if she can assist me. She gladly followed me to the kiosk machine and showed me how it works. Thank you, BERTHA (she works Tuesday 06/27/2023). Greatly appreciated for taking the time to help me. Happy customer right here!

Did my online shopping for groceries, a pretty extensive list. Less than 40 minutes later and the doorbell rings. The driver was driving off waving goodbye. Super fast service. Faster than I could have shopped and driven to pick it up.

I shop here as least as possible because this store is just horrible except for pharmacy. How can a store be so profitable and have such horrible nasty baskets. This new age cashiers don't know anything and are super slow, employees walking around the store are clueless and never have a key to any of the lock products. Customer service employees look and act lazy. Every since Ricky left the store is in horrible shape in my opinion.

I don't even want to select a rating for this location. But I cant move on unless I give them a star. This location sucks. I don't understand how you cant use self check out if you have about 21 - 25 items, when there's no cashiers. Not only that some of the cashiers are so slow and likes to take their time. I understand that they might be new or need training, but come on. Under certain circumstances you can at least make an effort and move a little faster with only 2 or 3 register open or have more lanes open. Every other Walmart uses self checkout with no limits and have good staff looking out and also provide help when needed. This location just sucks. Overall some staff are great, but some just needs more training and better management.

Since I became a Costco member I have not returned to Walmart and tonight I was reminded why. Since it's debut in 2014 android and Apple pay has been a convenient method of payment for millions of people, and nearly a decade later Walmart has yet to get on board with providing their customers this convenienve. Not cool Walmart, get with the times.
