However, the location is notable for its secure docking for boats, adding convenience for those arriving by water. Despite its history and variety of services, improvements are needed to make this space more inviting and a prominent shopping destination as downtown Stockton continues to develop.

Cool atmosphere, but whats crazy, is that there was nobody in the mall part. Everyone was in the resteraunt. I feel bad for the other shops in that mall, probably get like 1 person a day. :(
