I have an astounding, wonderful customer service, the best customer service from a teller bank named Jasmine. She has been nothing but terrific service, and wonderful and delightful with knowledge and passion, she has a positive attitude, even though another customer was making things difficult and impossible, she still held professional and acknowledged positive. I would recommend people come to this location bank instead of the one on March Lane.

We have used the North Wells Fargo for years. I am handicap, and use the handicap window. They now have installed a bell to ring, making it much easier getting stafff attention. There is not always a handicap parking place, but if busy, or those who don't belong in a handicap, there is enough parking to find a space not too far from bank. Speaking to Security I learned they has no control over those who choose to park illegally. You'll find very friendly staff.

3 stars because you pretty much have no chance at any walk in appointments and the teller line stays pretty long. The security guard at the front could definitely be more friendly and it would feel more inviting.

This wells Fargo Bank is so unprofessional and so are the people that work there. I tried to open a bank account and they had me wait in line until closing time just to tell me they can't help because they are short staffed. That's not my problem. You still getting paid to do your job so you should do it. The excuses have nothing to do with me or why I was there. I just need you to do what you came to work to do and that's BANK! Not tell me you can't help me at all he last minute because you are short staffed. It would have been nice to know that before I stood in line for an hour just to be told they can't help me until Monday.

Too many employees to have this long of a line or wait time. Everyone is just standing around watching the 3 tellers at work. Sometimes 2 tellers.

Wells Fargo is the WORST bank to deal with. They just loop you around with questions in hopes they'll lure you into opening a new account and they'll make more money off of you. They've blocked me from even accessing my account. C'mon, guys...maybe you should be reported to the better business bureau for false advertising...it's right there in the name. YOU'RE A FUCKING BANK! Act like one

Trash. Slow AF they take too long. Too ma y breaks and always trying to upswell you instead of simply cashing THEIR check. NO I don’t want an account here. It’s trash. Worst customer service ever.

The security guard Naya Phillips was so nice & respectful enough to go over beyond her job to help my aunt with her bags right after her lunch break on a hot day when noticed she almost passed out in the hot sun yesterday she even helps her look out for her RTD ride to pick her up my aunt feels very safe with her around gotta give that young lady some good credit and respect for the work she puts in . GOD is blessed her she is a great soul. Y’all bet not get rid of her she is too kind. AND HER OBSERVATION AND GREETING CUSTOMERS ENTERING IS ALWAYS ON POINT!!!! I HOPE SHE SEE THIS ON HERE THANKS WELLSFARGO!
