Will not let you talk to a nurse, supervisor, or doctor when meds are needed. Alejandra refused to let me talk to the receptionist who does referrals and lied about it being policy. Unfortunately only place that takes certain insurances. If you have options with your insurance I would not come here if you need meds regularly.

If I could, I would give less than 1 star, they take a long time to schedule an appointment and when the appointment arrives they cancel it and schedule you for more than a month easily, they let you die
