If I could, I would give less than 1 star, they take a long time to schedule an appointment and when the appointment arrives they cancel it and schedule you for more than a month easily, they let you die

If I could give a half a star I would. Worst clinic I've ever been to we couldn't even get a call back regarding labs ordered by Dr. Tanson. Called a couple weeks later to ask if we can review them. Staff couldn't even locate our test results and blamed it on a fax machine! A fax machine!! It's 2023! Appointments are rarely available and the building is completely run down oh and can't forget the completely incompetent staff.

I called to make an appt and the lady who answered was extremely ruined and unprofessional. I didn't even let her finish talking and hung up. if the front desk is rude. I can only imagine everyone else.

Glad I am switching to Kaiser. Doctors here work pretty much on the surface level and don’t really care to investigate an issue. For instance sensitivity to face issue,Doctor tapped my face and said its because i wear a mask. I don't even wear a mask anywhere besides their clinic. They get offended if you start to ask questions and request certain labs, as if you are taking it out of their time or pockets. Getting through to them is a nightmare. You have to usually wait 1-2 month for an appointment. Avoid this clinic if you want quality care.

Well everything was ok. Except for The Doctor For got to Prescribe Prescription.that I needed for High blood pressure..was no where to be found till Next wk.So what else do you want me to say I feel terrible about my visit ?

West Lane Medical Clinic is located at 4873 West Ln in Stockton. Its a white building on the corner of West Lane and Bianchi Rd. It has doctor offices and a medical supply company inside. As of Oct. 2021 the pharmacy inside has closed.. The building itself is clean but the parking lot is very tight especially if they are busy.

Dr. Tanson is the only reason I'm still going to this horrible place and after Today I'm going to start looking for a new Primary. The staff there are HORRIBLE!!!! All they do is make you feel as though it's your fault for their errors. My. Meds were denied because I hadn't been seen in over 3 months yes that was my fault life happened and seeing the doctor wasn't high on the priority list fine I made an appointment and about 2 weeks from the appointment date I ran out of Omeprazole. I called in at my pharmacy like there recoding says. Called them when they denied refill where I stated I understand you have a job to do and it's my fault that I had gone so long before being seen but can I have a 2 week supply to get me to the appointment. I had so server indigestion I was afraid to eat anything because no matter what I did it was bad. Nope nothing they could do. Fine I will own that as my fault too even though I find it ridiculous that I could get Supply until the appointment. But then they call me a couple days later to cancel my appointment Dr won't be in. SERIOUSLY CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT THEY SAY I NEED TO GET MEDICATION REFILLED. I refused and they got me in a few days earlier but with a NP, or Dr. I don't know but he was a complete joke!!!! All he saw was an over weight person gave me all different medication for migraines gave me a seizer med for high blood pressure 2 meds that resulted in severed edema in my feet ankles and hands. And nothing for my GERD. Call office back the following weed as I didn't feel comfortable taking one of the meds. I wanted to see Dr. Tanson. Was told he's booked until my next appointment, was told I just saw Dr. Suor. Receptionist clearly was not listening to my concerns and was rude the entire phone conversation. Finally got her to switch my current appointment (3 months out) to see Dr. Tanson 2/12. Between 1/26-2/12 I had to go to Urgent care 3 time and the ER once. Each time so called to see about seeing Dr. sooner. In 17 days I went to urgent care 3 times and ER once. High blood pressure, Edema, UTI, couch and congestion, Migraines, shortness of breath, swelling and fluid picked on my left side....and every time I called he's not in the office, he's booked, we need discharge papers you should have come in instead of faxing them, I work people, I have a job who's hours are the same as yours actually my job opens first. I called to see if faxing was ok was told yes but put a cover sheet and say you want a call back for an appointment. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. In fact one of the last call backs was told Dr never even see the reports they just went straight to my file. Finally saw Dr Tanson on 2/12 with a list of things I had wanted to talk about. He said I will order and ultrasound for your side. He said that I didn't request it I didn't mention it all I did was show him my side and told him about the pain and symptoms. But he didn't give me an order for that I make my follow up appointment I get my referral for a therapist walk to my car realize I didn't get anything for ultrasound I turn around go back inside explain what I need. After some time I was giving a order form call to make the appointment, they put X-ray on it. Call Dr. office to report problem, I get told to come with order so it can be looked at and corrected. Said I can't because of work. Well Dr is out of office so call back next week. Call again can't get through on phones. Rush down there right before close (had to leave work early) get accused of wanting the ultrasound myself and not at DR request. Finally got it corrected so I thought, make and appointment yet on day of appointment ultrasound tech tells me they can't get an answer from my DR and order is unclear. Call again was accused again of requesting this and not Dr. that they would have to relax them the order so Dr can look at it and then fax it back to imaging. I was livid how hard is it to get a order from your Dr. for something he requested??? For these employ

Simply trying to make an appointment. I've called roughly 20 times, hung up on twice, and left on hold 3 times ranging from 15-30 min. The office staff is absolutely terrible and has an awful attitude. The DMV of drs offices!!!
