I would give them a no star review if I could, they have the Worst customer service ever! No one knows what to do is like they just hired random people. They are rude and always give me a run around just for a simple question.

They don’t return phone calls, ever. When you get someone on the line they try to find a way out of even being able to help you. Stockton, or LA office are all the same. Not surprised if this place goes out of business someday

I’ve dealt with this company for about a year every time you call they don’t answer until you call like 6 or seven times. I asked for larger diapers for my daughter I called 5 different times and they kept telling me it was my doctors office that hadn’t sent the requests right I kept calling both until I went to my child’s pediatrician she had already sent them the request twice and they STILL kept messing up and blaming the pediatrician. Terrible terrible terrible

Have been trying to order my supplies for over a month. Cannot get through to customer service just voicemail. Have left at least 10 voicemails but no one calls me back. Inexcusable and unacceptable.

No professionalism, rude, while trying to pretend be professional. No, no , no empathy. Worst experience, especially when you're experiencing an illness and they don't even attempt to help. If I could I would become the competition and run them out of business. Unfortunately, people you don't have many choices and so we fight.

I don't write reviews, but this is too important…. W. Drug will put your loved ones LIFE IN DANGER like they have done to by husband by not providing the urgently requested wound care supply by the doctor for an open pressure ulcer……western drug will lose prescriptions, claim they didn’t get prescription, foul up on supply order and they don't follow directions and they will get away with it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if value your life or the life of your loved one…, even with the CEO, superiors and the health plan involved they still won’t get it right. What is outrageous is even when the state gets involved they still feel no urgency to get things done right. Something is very wrong here and they need to be investigated. WASTING TAXPAYER DOLLARS AND PUTTING PEOPLE IN HARMS WAY VIA NEGLIGENCE IS A SERIOUS CRIME.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst medical supply company take your business elsewhere. I have a disabled child who is incontinent. I have been calling them for almost a yr because he has outgrown the largest diaper size and needs pullups. You always get voicemails and no one ever calls you back. I FINALLY got a call back today after threatening to have my lawyer call if they didnt call me and they finally switched his diapers that dont fit to pull ups but because THEY dont return calls and because THEY delivered the wrong ones to me again today, he has to wait another month to get them. Horrible customer service. Do not care about the people they are providing important services for.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company constantly sends wrong supplies, they don’t return phone calls in a timely matter and my daughter went WEEKS without medical supplies because this company is in competent. They don’t ship on time and are constantly back ordered with supplies. DO NOT USE THEM.
