Do not drop off packages at the drop off box inside, make sure to drop off at the desk. I dropped off 3 packages at the drop off bin and they have not been tracked, so who knows where my packages are, they are not even moving to the next destination..

Their employees hit and run dogs, apparently. Hold them responsible.

Always have mail missing even with tracking numbers and cameras at home...go talk to there manager and it's worthless....need better management here ASAP....don't bother calling either
