I’m not the kind of person that writes reviews but I’ll be honest I got the best help in this store I went to like 2 stores and nobody was able to help me until I went here and If you want to resolve your problems ask for ANGIE she is the best 100 of 10 for she!!!!!!

Saw a Karen freakout video on YouTube that had taken place in this store. The dude who faked the heart attack. Props to the employees for keeping their cool and telling the guy it's an apple problem and not theirs.

Shawn the AT&T rep was absolutely wonderful.he helped me immediately get a new phone. He. set it up.what a pleasure. We also saved $100 a month changing from Verizon to AT&T.

Visited the store to get a number transferred to a different phone and get service activated on a different phone I already had. Martin was very helpful in the whole process. When we walked in we were the only customers in the store but by the time we left 20 min later, there were two other customers waiting. Martin was also orienting a new employee. There were two other employees in the back maybe on break? Pretty good service. They do have parking in the back but it is small and was full. There is also one spot further down near Panda Express and some street parking at meters.

Our work phone was stolen and my coworker went into this store to get it resolved. The manager, Mike , was on the phone with another customer while also helping us which was very rude. The phone is INSURED and He told us that unless we had the PIN, the only solution would be to PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE ACCOUNT AND BUY ANOTHER PHONE. On what planet is this a solution ? All because we did not know the PIN and he offered no solution in helping us find it ? No security questions , etc. he then told my co worker to leave because he was getting upset. Perhaps because he is Italian and has an accent so this a guy thought he could scam him. Horrific customer service. We will be contacting the better business bureau and corporate. Thanks MIKE.

Feel compelled to express my disappointment. Been going to this store since it first opened and for every family phone device after that. Always met with kind, informative service. Decided it was time for an upgrade so it made sense to continue where I felt comfortable. The sales associate was borderline pathetic. Yawned 4 times in my face while sipping on their (using a generic pronoun) Coffee Bean drink and barely answering my (maybe stupid) questions. I am elderly, so not as informed as today's youth about the latest electronics, but do forgive me for asking some of my insipid questions. Wanted to wrap up my visit and buy all the accessories for my new device, but the sales associate didn't seem interested in more queries nor walk 15 feet to the display of cases and screen protectors and answer some questions. This visit is the last time I set foot in this store and if the manager cares and wants to DM me for more information, happy to discuss further. I might as well just order online. My laptop is as communicative as the sales associate was. Not trying to get anyone fired but when you are in a service industry with lots of competition (or not), it still helps to put a smile on your face and make your customer feel more important than the stir stick in their coffee.So, I need to add to this review. I did a little digging. This alleged AT&T Store is a 3rd-party operation, which explains the sub-par experience. But my "new" iPhone 14 Pro arrived today - opened and not in the box. The phone cost is for a NEW phone, but what I received today was USED. I called AT&T, and they are making it right (hopefully), but I wanted the readers to know that this store cannot be trusted.

My in store experience was excellent! However, I mistakenly hit the wrong number in the survey & am not sure I can correct it! Very happy in store but not with the survey!

Very unhelpful, and on top of it, would not take even take the phone that was mailed to me with wrong GB and notified me that even thou they r At&T, but they r with third party, so they r not able to take returns.

Run away! Awful customer service. If it was possible to give no star I would. They completely screwed up my account & made the bill go up massively and have no accountability. They are just trying to sell phones & don't care if they mess up you account & it ends up costing you more money. They don't work w/ A T & T corporate or even look at eligible upgrades or loyalty or anything else. The employee Jason was terrible. Everything he told me was wrong & it totally screwed up my bill. The manager Ever is not help.
