A nice place. Be careful to read the fine print it’s $50+ a night for parking and “service fee.”

Overall I would not stay here, yes it’s close to universal studios, but it’s way over priced. It says hotel and spa, but the pool was closed the spa was closed all due to renovations. My room was ok wasn’t happy to find a bug crawling on my Pillow as I was laying down grossed me out ? and the best part is you won’t know till you get there and check in but you have to pay $35 a night to park in their parking garage and $21.00 a night for a convenience fee. My Hotel room was already $545 so I got another $200 tacked on. Not a great stay for me and won’t ever recommend.Noteworthy details: Charges a convenience fee of staying there and also charges for you to park in their parking lot.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!! Beware, the hotel will impose a $35 daily parking fee AND A $21/DAY DEPOSIT PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE. So count on adding $56/night to each night's stay. The premises had dirty carpets in the hallways, the room was clean but for all these fees we were facing the side of a hill. :(Rooms: Clean room but hallway carpet was disgusting. For all the hidden fees they placed us facing the side of a hill.Nearby activities: Lot's of dining options in walking distanceSafety: Property feels safe. Parking garage is enclosed but if you show up late you will have to leave your keys at the front desk because you will box someone in, causing the front desk to move your car to allow the other car out.Walkability: There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and you can walk to Universal Studios.Noteworthy details: BEWARE THE HIDDEN FEES!!!

This was booked for me for a work trip and I was warned NOT to stay here because it was for one night. Front desk staff, lovely. I cannot get over the blood on the toilet paper roll or the feces on the towel. Or the towel with hair folded inside. As I waited for the front desk staff to print a document for me, one by one, I saw other guests lining up complain. This was a gross experience. Nice desk lady. I would not recommend.

We booked a room for our trip to universal studios (10 min walk). With the renovations taking place, we expected a small amount of inconvenience. The first room was not to our liking and we politely said so to the staff. They were apologetic and made sure that we didn't regret staying here. They immediately upgraded our room and relocated us to a bigger, much more comfortable suite. Not once we're they "too busy" or "unconcerned" with our needs. Not everything goes perfectly the first time but it's how the issues are handled that resonate with me. We don't travel too frequently but this has turned out to be one of the best hotels stays we've experienced. Kudos to the the staff, they've earned our 5 star review!!

Fees! $24 a night parking fee & if you booked with any other company outside the hotel they charge you another $30 a night. Monetized Hotel! Rooms were not renovated professionally. Cheap everything!

The hotel I booked through booking showed free parking spaces, but the front desk informed me that I would be charged $32. The hotel's mobile phone signal was poor, the front desk did not inform me of the WiFi account password, and the password given by the guest room customer service was wrong. Worst accommodation

So you had to walk maybe 2 blocks to get a tram to universal the hotel said they were doing renovations but saw no work being done the room was not clean the bottom betting had a stain and the wiring in light switch in the bathroom needed to be fixed, had to touch the switch to a certain point to get it to stay on. the shower took us about 5-15 minutes to get the water hot also the toilet paper was worse than the dollar store like way thin and the tissues were the same, the back patio had potential but they did nothing with it , it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the back. not worth what we paid for the hotel.

Good location also service was great but the room could use some help. The plumbing in the bathroom was ackward and there was mold in the grout. Could be an awesome property with some uplifting and upgrades. We did sleep comfortably and the rooms were big. It was affordable compared got he Sheraton or Hilton.

We stayed here because of proximity to Universal Studios. Upon arrival, we were accosted by a homeless person hanging out in the parking lot. I didn't feel comfortable walking in this area, so we stayed on site (although, the guys with cases of beer at the pool didn't make us feel any better) The walls are thin, the bed was hard, the balcony was gross, and the lounge was closed. I feel bad for the 1 person that seemed to be running this entire place alone. The extra star I gave this place is for her.Noteworthy details: Don't stay here.

I booked a small vacation and stayed at this place for 3 nights. I left my video game system (Nintendo Switch) in a foam cooler so it wouldnt get damaged. I left it in the room, thinking my husband had it when we were checking out. We get home and realized no one grabbed the cooler. I called the hotel and staff didn't really seemed like they cared, barely even asked for my name. My husband called and they said they found it in the room and that we had to buy UPS postage, email it to them, then they'll return it. I called back the next day to make sure they received my email with the paid postage. They said yes and that I'd receive it in a few days. I got my game system back today, without the cooler (I dont care about) but my game that was in the system, Mario Kart 8, is missing. I'm grateful that I got my system back and all but damn, they did me dirty. I'm waiting for a "callback". I hope theres some honest people left.Update: So they still havent called back and I'm pretty sure they are not going to. The owner and manager does not care. Dishonest employees and an owner with low standards. This place is trash because you have trash employees!

DO NOT stay at this hotel if you are looking for any sort of cleanliness or basic necessities such as towels. We begged for towels for 2 days as well as a hair dryer and were told by the front desk that they didn’t have access to them and there was not a housekeeper. Along with the black hairs all over the room, moldy shower walls and disgusting stained carpets. DONT DO IT!!!! The manager refuses to respond to my emails and when calling I am told that she is never there.
