Very poor customer service.Sales associate ( Guy) just comes with an excuse every time not to have my shade ready.Empty promises one after each other.No following up from him or manager whatsoever.Please don't order any shades from them .They are not transparent to their customers. at all.

I have done several custom orders here and have had great results consistently.Karla Khoury is always helpful and available for updates.Yes custom orders can take 6 weeks or longer...but worth it
