Really incredible store and service.Ben, the Store Manager, indulged our last-minute pre-closing rush in and helped us find the pillows we needed while graciously delaying his return home (to later, we found out- wives and kids!).The products are, as you know, incredible. The ability to try them out, the expertise of Ben, and his generousness in helping us out were incredible. Our only regret is we weren’t there to buy a mattress…yet! “All the negative reviews are surprising to me. I've purchased furniture there twice and both times the experience was fantastic. It's been about two years now and the furniture I bought still looks great. And that's saying a lot because it's in the family room where all the kids (teenagers) hang out and they are not gentle! It was important to me that the furniture look great and hold up well. So far so good.”
