Bashar is one of the best and most caring representatives at Citi Bank. He took the time to help me with my account and spent a full hour resolving my issue with customer service. His patience and professionalism made a big difference. I definitely recommend him!

While facing significant challenges resolving a major fraudulent debit from both personal and business banking accounts due to limited responses from the Citibank Fraud Dept. and Exec. Response Unit, the sole bright point was the dedication and assistance provided by bankers at the Citi Studio City branch. Specifically, if you have personal accounts at Citi, I would highly recommend seeking out Bashar K. at this branch. Bashar went above and beyond all expectations in assisting with navigating the complex and convoluted fraud departments within Citi to ultimately obtain a positive outcome.

Horrible nightmare experience at this banks ATM that stole $400 from me and they are refusing to help or fix their faulty ATM. When I made my deposit they didn't say there was a limit on how many bills I could put in there ATM and I accidentally put too may bills in and then there ATM had $400 stuck and wouldn't give it back.

You can call them for hours and days. No one ever answers. They call me a priority customer and tell me on the recording they value my business and that Victoria is my personal banker. But forget about ever being able to get in touch with them. They transfer you to the call center where you can sit on hold forever and then maybe speak to someone whose accent makes a simple process difficult.
They are truly horrible. I need to end this 40 year relationship.
Fred - To answer the question in your reply, the branch is the one I commented upon, studio city on Ventura Blvd. I have no interest in wasting more time communicating with citi on social media. Thanks

This was the first time I visited this branch and I was extremely impressed. The teller helping me was also banker so based on Bashar Kanounji, I altered and opened new account to receive interest income. I wish I had met him years ago because I have been losing money by not having the right account!!! He is truly caring and knowledgeable in his field. I wish everyone crossing paths with me be as amazing as Bashar. The parking was easy, there was no wait, and everyone in that Branch was friendly and helpful.

Illegally holding funds for all checks and profiting off my money when I need my money.. ridiculous welcome to. 2023 where it takes Citibank 5 days to verify and process a local check. Smh. Shame on y'all ..class action lawsuit coming
