I have been searching for a reputable bullion dealer in southern California for the past few months and I was truly blessed to find finally come across Coin Connection. During my search I called many other LCS's and encountered rude staff, got low-ball offers, or was rushed off the phone. I decided to visit Coin Connection mainly because the phone call was pleasant and their pricing was very competitive for my stack. When I came into the shop they took really good care of me and showed effort to get to know me, what my goals are, and how I do business. I also watched how they interacted with other customers and they treat everyone with respect here. The entire staff was super personable and I ended up getting to know everyone by name, it's really a good place to do business.

They only took a reasonable markup, leaving me with an honest payout.

Very nice & polite front counter staff. Only wish you accepted card payments as I would have made a sizable purchase and gladly paid the card fee. Us out of town visiting rarely carry cash.

Wow! Love the staff and the entire experience. My partner and I popped in to sell some silver. I’d been watching the values online and the staff at Coin Connection was fair and transparent and more importantly, just fun and engaging to be around. We left saying we’d have liked to park a chair in the lobby and have a glass of wine with the whole crew. Maybe next time! I’ll be back to buy and sell. Thanks Coin Connection!

After having interactions with various places in SoCal that offer coins and metals, this is now hands down my favorite place! Why? I was selling gold, and they agreed to a reasonable price that I initially asked for with no friction (this is rare; many places are looking to take advantage of sellers with laughably low percentages of the value of what's on offer), the two people I chatted with who worked for them (one on the phone, the other in person) were friendly and yet also got things done efficiently. The entire process went well.
If I've got to recommend a local coin/metals place to someone I know, I'm recommending them this place. In fact, I already did today not long after leaving the place.
