Great staff, always helpful, courteous and professional. I had to exchange a product that wasn't right for me, and Kevin, the manager, did a quick and easy exchange for me. Thank you!

They're locking more products up that I regularly buy. Honestly not worth the effort to browse or shop there- I tend to read the active ingredients on drug products to find what I'm looking for and if I can't do that, what's the point

I had a great shopping experience at the Studio City CVS. The store manager helped me with my check out. His name is Kevin and he couldn't have been nicer, was a good problem solver - he was exceptional in every way! He represents this location with professionalism & positivity & leads by example. Great person, I really like shopping at this Studio City drugstore.

Customer service is getting worse at all CVS locations in LA. I don’t know if it’s due to increased online competition but Walgreens and Rite Aid have closed a lot of their stores. Their customer service was never that great either though at one point CVS customer service was better. Now we’re just stuck with CVS as it’s the largest pharmacy store and we’re forced to go there unless you go to your local independent pharmacy where customer service is much better but it’s less convenient.
You’d think that CVS would have hand held shopping baskets available for shopping so they can make money but when I went to the studio city cvs they literally told me they went missing and to use a great big shopping cart! I don’t need a shopping cart for 3 or 4 items! I’m not at the grocery store! Maybe CVS is not treating their employees well and they are unhappy working there; most of them seem like they don’t want to be bothered. It definitely isn’t a welcoming feeling like when you go to In-n-Out where the culture is all about customer service. A couple of employees at CVS are friendly but most are not.
I’d recommend supporting your local independent pharmacy rather than CVS if you want better customer service. But if you want convenience then go to CVS. If you want to be lazy, then CVS can deliver your order as they are competing with Amazon which of course doesn’t even care about customer service.

Studio City CVS is the best of all. Pharmacy staff are all fantastic especially Ms Anush. Just go there.

My only complaint is that crates tend to block entry into aisles - I use a walker, so these crates make things more difficult. Also, do you have handheld shopping baskets? Haven't seen any. But employees are nice, you have some good prices.

Two young men helped me with printing out photographs from my phone. They were both very knowledgeable about the "ins and outs" of that photo machine and were very patient with me.
