Jane saved the day! I had a package go to this location to hold for when I got back from vacation and it arrived very early. Jane and her manager, Angela Martinez, jumped right on it and got my package pick up extended so I didn’t have to reschedule my flight home to pick it up before it would be sent back to the sender. They took the initiative and then called me back to let me know they did this even after I thought I was in trouble! Really went above and beyond and very appreciative! Thanks again!

The team here went well beyond what I anticipated they would be able to do for me. Not only did they take a pretty specialty order on a rush, they allowed me to browse and select materials from their samples behind the counter and they offered me a very helpful discount. They delivered wonderful customer service (even while they were very busy!) and delivered my order with absolutely zero flaws or hiccups! Shoutout to Angela (I believe she is the manager) and her and her team's help made me a very happy customer!

Hello, I need to compliment two employees at our FedEx location in Studio City TK and Marcos for their Excellent customer service very attentive and courteous always with a smile answering all my questions and most of all very patient, I came in almost at closing time it was very important I'd sent my parcel that evening and I was able thanks to them. Honestly, FedEx has electric vehicles to transport our packages, this is incredible and so kind to our planet! Honestly, I always trust FedEx more than any other carrier to transport my goods as they have always been the most successful and never let me down ever!

I went to this FexEx Kinkos last weekend to have a few flyers printed front/back in color. The employee quoted me a price per piece. We printed a test copy and it came out fine. Then we printed 25 more. When we checked out the total bill was 2x more than the original quoted price per page. I was shocked! The employee told me it was because the job was double sided, but the job was always double sided. I even asked when the original price was quoted if that was for double sided in color and they confirmed.
I understand that the employee made a mistake or there was a misunderstanding but the job turned out to be over $100, which was so much more than what I was expecting to pay based off the original quote. The other employee behind the counter was also rude and told me “so he made a mistake what do you want me to do about it?!” When really just an apology or agreement that maybe the pricing could have been communicated more clearly BEFORE printing was really all that was required.
This store should make it a policy to give the customer the entire job quote/price before printing, especially if it’s over a certain amount, say $50. I was disappointed in how I was treated like I was the problem when the real issue was lack of accurate communication and transparent pricing.

Truly awesome customer service from Jane! I had a couple of return items and I totally messed up the process by not reading all of the instructions (yikes!) Instead of making me feel bad about it, Jane, the employee who helped me, was incredibly patient, kind and very helpful by showing me exactly what to do next time. She has a great attitude and lovely disposition that turned a potentially unpleasant situation into a positive experience. She made my day!

they just stole my money!
i tried to print documents, i paid for everything. the printer gave an error and didn't print anything. the employee tried to help me and printed in the wrong format. printed one sheet. i asked about a refund for unprinted sheets. i was refused

truly chaotic printing experience. took them 35 min to figure out how to fit my image onto a piece of 8x11 paper. and i only left with half my order. no apology, they tried to blame me. this is something print monthly and every other fed ex does it. truly terrible
