Amanda did such an amazing job with my goldendoodle! One of the best haircuts in LA after trying multiple other groomers She’s a sweetheart and excellent groomer.I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the pricing. I know everything has gone up but 145 for a cut for my 33 lb golden doodle plus an additional 12 for nail grinding, that should be included in the pricing already is insane

Shout out to the fabulous daycare team!! We bring our pup Sylvie there about once a week toplay with her dog buddies and human friends too. She had an allergic reaction yesterday while in their care and they were amazing. They quickly reacted by calling us. More importantly they took great care to comfort her, flush her eyes, remove her collar that was irritating hives on her neck and give her lots of love. When we arrived to get her she was curled up like a baby in someone's arms. I never need to worry whether or not they are paying attention to the dogs in their care.

Horrible haircut! She looks like I did it with construction scissors. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Didn’t even cut her nails. I had to ask to go back and fix the cut which made it worse as well as get her nails actually trimmed. Horrible.

Unfortunately we will no longer be coming to Healthy Spot. We have been customers for almost 7 years and have gone to Healthy Spot for everything from retail, grooming, and daycare. Grooming is the worst now - all of the groomers we loved have left due to poor working conditions and the receptionist never picks up the phone. Retail has gone downhill - variety of items and selection of items have been sub par and items/brands we love are no longer being stocked. Customer service is terrible - they hardly ever pick up the phone and aren't the most friendly or helpful. We used to love Healthy Spot but services and retail have severely declined and we won't be returning.

This review is mainly for the grooming services. We have two dogs Finn and Popeye. We started coming here since 2018 when I first moved to the valley. Popeye has fine curly hair that gets matted easily and I found that Healthy Spot did a great job getting fluffed up & clean. Finn is a rescue dog and very particular about who he allows to touch him. When I first moved, I actually used to drive down to our old groomer so he could stay in his comfort zone. With that said though, I took a chance to bring Finn to Healthy Spot, and we have been seeing Amanda since 2021 and she's been the BEST for grooming. Not only does she do an amazing job on the cut & style but she has such a great attitude and really cares for the pups she grooms. It is expensive especially with the special handling fee but it's definitely worth it knowing that our dog is in good hands. Because of the high prices, we do not bring Popeye here as often to get groomed but we just got him brought him in yesterday and Amanda did such a great job - he's so freakin cute!! Lol. I might be a little biased. I haven't used the daycare services but I have used the Pawty services for Gotcha Day parties! For a fee, you can rent the daycare room on the weekend. You do have to reserve a bit in advance but it is very easy. There is a limit on people who can be in the area (although not sure if this was a COVID restriction or regular one). They have an attendant to take care of the party goers and also they give you a table so you can display your favors and gifts. For our party they gave us little doggy popsicles. They even let you decorate! Everyone had a blast. The store is a bit on the pricey side. I think of it as the Whole Foods for dogs. I do like the Healthy Spot branded treats (Mind Body Bowl) liked the freeze dried chicken and beef treats. They also carry different varieties of CBD forms and treats. Very helpful for our pup Finn. Another plus is that parking is super easy and there's a lot of other stores very closeby. Great for running errands!

Was looking for a dog bakery to pick up some treats for a friend's fur baby. Found this wonderful display of dog treats (and ingredients list) on the cashier island. Cashier bagged up each treat in clear plastic bag. Just tie a ribbon around the bag and it's ready to gift!

I went in yesterday to buy a Kong replacement. Told an employee my dog was a power chewer. Was sold an "indestructible" similar product. My dog began chewing off pieces of the rubber within hours. Went back today with the damaged toy to replace with a better one and was told I couldn't get any store credit at all, less than 24 hrs after the original purchase. Total waste of time and money. Go to Petco if you want any sort of guarantee on your products.

We were a bit nervous for Koda's first groom. She's a 5 month old pomsky and needed a bath and de shedding. Jen was extremely sweet and patient with her. She even included a 1st bath Polaroid for this special event. We will be back for our next service, they even gave us a coupon! Thank you Jen and Healthy Spot Studio City for a great experience.

After looking at several other daycare centers, I can easily say that Healthy Spot is the best place ever. The human to dog ration is higher, and since it is a small dog daycare, the size is perfect, and they receive so much individualized attention. Healthy Spot has really gotten to know my dog, Ripley. She's a character, and they understand her and nurture her. She tries to open the door herself to get in there! The daycare manager Victoria is a dog guru. She emits such positive energy. The entire daycare staff is divine. I adore everyone in retail as well. They are so knowledgeable and kind. For grooming we've seen Adan, Mari and Amanda are all fantastic. Highly recommend.

I bought the curly bones for my dog didn't realized that the package has bugs , when I come back to the store and return the bag they just refund the money, never ask if my dog was ok, even when I tell them that he had diarrhea for eating their products. The lady just check the rest of the same product on the store to compare and confirm that the one they have also have the bugs. Please double check the food or bones for the your dogs before leave this store. The quality and service is very low
