My wife was successful with her purchase. What more can I say. Very helpful staff, good selection and plenty of parking.

Norma, the dark haired woman who works there is awesome! Sometimes I pop by just up say hi to her. Love this store and the designers they carry. It is designer priced as well, so just expect that. But there are beautiful, cool pieces to cherish in there!

What a disappointment . There is a saleswoman in there with dark hair that is so rude it's troubling. I've tried to go back a couple of times thinking maybe she was just having a bad day... but she must always be having a bad day. A simple hello and goodbye would suffice, or, can I help you with something... I was ignored each and every time I said hello and goodbye when no other conversation was going on in the store. Not hard of hearing as she was chatting with someone else in the store in between my attempts at communicating. I guess they don't want any sales. I'll go elsewhere.

If you're looking for a store that's the opposite of warm and welcoming, you found it! I've been in a half a dozen times and each time it's the same: Can I get a smile? Please! No. Not feeling it today? Okay, how about a little smirk? What about a "Can I help you?" SO not happening. But, I dream. The vibe in there is a little less, come in and enjoy spending a fortune, and a little more, get out now so I can finish stabbing my voodoo dolls. This is the customer service you might expect to find at your local DMV or Post Office (although, I get much better customer service at both places). Maybe if we all agree not to buy anything, they'll haunt another neighborhood (or never open another retail store again). Clearly, the owner doesn't care about the bad reviews (on YELP. Check them out. I'm not alone). Come on ladies, do we want to be treated this way? Save your money. #boycottbadcustomerservice #don'tbuyanything@JillRobertsStudioCity

How can this place be open to the public? I mean, this is retail, if you work in retail, you have to be polite, interested in the people walking in, or simply just say " hello " / " welcome " but noooo at Jill Roberts you are the one saying hello and goodbye, helping yourself, because the person at the register is so busy texting & chewing her gum. To the lady working there: take a look at the store where you bought your Dior shoes, pretty sure they were nice & welcoming, you have a LOT to learn. What a shitty place, i hope it close down soon, you dont deserve to have a nice clientele.

Price gouging! Over $500 for tennis shoes made to look dirty. Over $300 for a belt. Over $400 for a "hoodie." Over $100 for a T-shirt. I am wearing nice running shoes that cost me $21.80. At H&M, I bought a nice T-shirt for $5.99 and nice cardigan sweater for $12.99. Those are fair prices for good clothes, but NOT at the ridiculously, offensively expensive Jill Roberts.

Truly the worst, rudest customer service. Walked in wanting to spend money, walked out never wanting to give them a dime.

I was in the store this morning. The person attending the store could have cared less we were there. She didn't lift a finger to help me find a size or to give me any information about what else I should try on or if I was looking for anything in particular. Correction: she set me up in the dressing room. I loved EVERYTHING in the store and would have loved to return except that the customer service was so bad I won't.
