He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, got my tiles shipped in good time. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and he had replacement tiles shipped quickly at no extra charge and was careful to get my same dye lot. Great value, strong communication, phenomenal attention to detail and kept my house clean the whole time - this team always took the extra time to do things the right way! From the very first visit, Alvaro was knowledgable, transparent and honest. He guided us through the design phase, sharing tips and suggestions to get the best quality work at an affordable price and recommending different materials to purchase so we could really tailor the bathroom to our needs. Once all the materials were here, his crew was onsite for the 5 weeks it took to totally remodel our 2 closets into a brand new bathroom. Was really impressed by fact they spent the whole first day prepping the house so that his team could work efficiently without making any messes (this paid off big time during the messier bits like concrete cutting and sanding drywall). “Gigantic selection of nice natural stone, composite and everything in between. They sell mostly by the slab, but they do have a small selection of remnants and partial slabs you can look through. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, didn't try to push us into anything, when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he even invited us to look at some of the nearby competitors (we came back though). They were also helpful connecting us to an installer. Highly recommend.”

“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome”

“If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too...”

“We found Polaris online and looked at all the vanity and fixtures they had great selection and variety of styles. So we went to the Show Room and it exceeded our expectation. We were immediately greeted by Sandra. She was very courteous. she was also very knowledgeable . We ended up buying two vanities, which will be picking up in a month .most of their vanities are ready within a week. Also I've decided when we decide to redo our kitchen I'm definitely getting my cabinets at Polaris . they made us feel at ease, and they really helped us to pick the best vanities. they also have a great selection of tiles and flooring and fixtures.”

“Caren and her staff are WONDERFUL. I had some Woodmode cabinets, which were great when I bought the house 20 years ago, but the finish was looking ratty and the style was out-dated. However, the interiors were still good (because Woodmode lasts forever) and the counter tops were pretty new so I didn't want to redo the whole kitchen. I must have called a half dozen Woodmode dealers each of whom told me you couldn't replace the doors and drawer fronts, you had to do the cabinets over. The last place I called was Kitchen Design Group, and Caren said of course she could help. So she came over, measured, helped me pick the style and took an existing drawer front to match the finish. After about a month, they were ready and her incredible installer went to work. What a great, professional job he did!!! The finished product matches the existing cabinet sides and frames, and with a new range hood and sink hardware I have a gorgeous new kitchen for a fraction of the price -- and it's still Woodmode. AND he left no mess at all!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! If they do this beautiful a job with my kitchen, I can only imagine how gorgeous a complete remodel would be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! I'm just sorry I didn't call her first!!”
